We had a great stay at Viviane’s! We had plenty of room for six people, and we were incredibly grateful for the air conditioning in all rooms, which was a necessity during the heat dome/heat wave, when temps were above 100. The bathroom arrangement also made it easy for us all to get ready for the day, and it was a short walk to the Metro to get wherever we wanted to go in Paris. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb for larger groups.

Had a great stay! We were a group of 8 and Viviane’s place had enough space for all of us without feeling crowded at all. Less than 10 minutes’ walk from the metro and it’s also along Line 4 which makes it super easy to reach from Gare du Nord (if you’re getting the Eurostar!)

There are several safety concerns including no steps up into patio, no hand rail or safety detail between lower and upper levels. The layout was odd with restrooms all on the other side of apartment. The location was very difficult to get to anything. For this reason we would not stay here again. Viviane was pleasant and was helpful, the unit was clean, but the location was not great if you are a tourist, first time in Paris.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment really exceeded my expectations. It was really well decorated and very clean. It’s on the first floor but the apartment faces two beautiful private outdoor cove areas, so we didn’t feel unsafe at all. Each room as well as the living area had a TV (with Netflix). It was a great place to come back to from a long day of traveling. It isn’t in the center of Paris where all of the touristy things are, but I would say it’s definitely worth a stay especially for a large group!
Perhaps this issue may have been looked into after our stay, but we did notice a swarm of ants that would go from the living room area into one of the rooms. I did ask Vivianne about this when we first noticed it, but she said that they never had this issue before. We ended up having to live with the ants for a few days thereafter.
Other than that though, lovely stay. I would love to return!

We were a group of 7 (4 adults, 3 teens) staying in France for a week and didn't want small expensive hotel rooms. Viviane's place was PERFECT for our group. Large, quiet (for a big city), clean, modern and literally had everything. I've used a lot of vacation home rentals and this is the best I've experienced with regard to having everything that we needed. The devil's in the details and this one nailed it. Small things like paper towels, soaps, kitchen tools and utensils, nice beds, pillows and bedding, TV's with Netflix and a bluetooth speaker that we could use to stream our music. There literally was nothing that we wanted that wasn't there. Add to this that Viviane is great to deal with and very responsive, it was close to two metro stations, the Tram, the RER and it really felt like an oasis at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely rent it again and you should too if you're a family/group considering a stay in Paris, you won't regret it.

We loved staying at Viviane's apartment. It was very spacious and easily accommodated 6 of us. The apartment was super clean, modern and comfortable.. Viviane kindly accepted our very late check in and even turned up to meet us and explain everything about the apartment. She also agreed to a later check out which really helped us to tie in with our Eurostar timing, especially as one of our Uber bookings cancelled on us at the last minute. The apartment is in a good location with lots of restaurants close by and also a supermarket. We would highly recommend Vivian's apartment to a family or group looking for a comfortable stay in Paris. Thank you Viviane

Viviane’s place is beautiful! Recently updated and modern. The two outdoor decks are spacious and private. The home is close to the Metro and tram - about a 3-5 minute walk. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance as well.

L'appartement est au rez de chaussée, lumineux, spacieux, blanc et bois, d'une décoration et d'une fonctionnalité impeccables. Nous l'avons loué en équipe pour un motif professionnel et l'avons adoré. Quatre chambres, deux salles de bains, deux espaces salons, deux terrasses. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le descriptif correspond bien.
Il faut y ajouter un calme époustouflant.
Une panne d'une ouverture d'une porte électronique a nécessité la réactivité de notre hôte, qui s'est organisée pour trouver une solution très rapidement.
L'appartement est très bien situé, et il existe de très bons restaurants à quelques pas.
Nous recommandons totalement ce logement et notre équipe souhaite le relouer pour une prochaine occasion.

This place was perfect. We came here for a week with our 3 children and it couldn’t have been better. The location is so convenient, safe, and surrounded by everything you could possibly need. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with smart tvs and black out curtains. We were able to enjoy some home cooked meals and venture out into the city. Viviane was such a gracious host and readily available for any questions or suggestions. If we come back to Paris we would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this place in Paris so much! It was so fresh, clean and decorated so well. The bathroom was stocked with nice towels and body wash. The kitchen was fully stocked. In the evening we enjoyed eating and playing games out on the patio. We were close to great restaurants, markets, and the metro. Viviane is an excellent host. She was there to personally welcome us to the apartment to show us all the amenities and answer our questions.

Great apartment and a wonderful stay. Viviane was very kind, thoughtful, and easy to work with. I mentioned we had a baby and she prepared a crib for us without even asking! I also mentioned we had a birthday to celebrate and she left a bottle of champagne.
The apartment is beautiful and matches the description. It has a wonderful outdoor space and is light and airy. Very clean and stylish as well. Each room has a tv and air conditioning/heat, which was very nice.
The location of the apartment is also awesome. It’s not far off the highway so no need to drive through many busy Paris streets. It’s very close to a metro and within 20-30 min you are in the heart of Paris (including waking to the metro). There are also great restaurants on the area, many of which Viviane recommended, so you can return “home” from a busy day seeing the sites and still be close to great food options.
We really enjoyed our stay and will book again if we ever come back.

Excellent emplacement qui nous a permis de participer à un salon porte de Versailles de manière très pratique pendant 3 jours. On a même pu stationner facilement pour la nuit! Les 2 restaurants à proximité immédiate sont excellents. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Viviane was communicate and very helpful in the check in process and throughout the duration of our stay. Her place is beautiful with everything we needed (coffee machine, washing up stuff etc)! The 2 patios were enjoyed by us all and was a nice touch for indoor/ outdoor living. The location is also great, with many things being walking distance, including the metro station. Honestly would love to stay here again.

Lovely, well-equipped apartment steps from the tram stop and about a 10 minute walk to the number 4 metro line. Viviane was very responsive to questions and reached out to us several times during our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. The apartment has two bathrooms with showers (one also has a large tub). There are two separate rooms with a toilet and small sink in each. The apartment comfortable accommodated our family of six. Thank you Viviane for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Paris!

Viviane is an excellent host. My family of 7 stayed in Paris for the New Year’s holiday and very much enjoyed the apartment. The place is spacious, clean, and peaceful with modern and contemporary decor. The kitchen is well-equipped for eating and cooking. The bathrooms are clean and stylish. The apartment is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, laundromat, and bus/train stations. Highly recommend Viviane and her place. Will reserve again in the future.

Viviane's apartment was perfect for our family of 7. It's a beautiful apartment with very nice decor. It's a great location with easy access to transportation. We were very comfortable. AC in every room. There are several great gathering areas. Viviane was a great host. She helped us with a late check in because of a delayed flight. My son unfortunately left his iPhone and she will be shipping it to me. She has a pamphlet with excellent recommendations and instructions. There is a very nice Italian restaurant across the street with a wonderful friendly owner. We would happily stay here again! Thank you for a great visit.

The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate 8 guests without feeling over crowded.
It came fully equipt with everything we needed with the bonus of having all the beds separated in every room.
Tasteful decor throughout, comfortable beds and quality amenities.
Overall the apartment and hospitality was impeccable and we would 100% stay again.

Viviane was incredibly nice, waited for us to let us in the place even though it was 9:30 at night, went over all amenities and was very welcoming. The place was super clean, and beautiful, comfortable beds, with good quality furniture and bedding, easy to get in and out access. The only negative thing I can say is that the place was hard to warm, mind you it was -2 degrees and even when we had all units heating the place up, it was still very cold for 3 nights in the common areas, the bedrooms were warm but the last night 2 of the bedroom heating units stopped working. We left very early that morning so we didn’t see the point of even communicating this to our host. The place is gorgeous and fit our needs for the time being. May be a lot nicer to rent during the warmer months.

I was very excited to come here for my girls trip and the apartment was very clean and had lots of space. The outdoor areas were large. Unfortunately the host was a bit stingy and cheap in some ways which was very unfortunate for the expensive price. To leave one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and one paper towel when the apartment is so expensive seems unnecessary. It seems that the host could make a bit more effort on things that would not cost them that much more money but would make the guests more comfortable.
I also asked upon arrival if we could have more than one towel per person in our group and was told that there were no additional towels available while the host rifled through a cabinet full of towels. For the price, the apartment had absolutely bare necessities which was unfortunate. The communication with the host was also a bit odd but overall the location and layout of the apartment was nice.

This is an amazing apartment that was so perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen and common areas are spacious and comfortable. The two patios bring the outside in. The air conditioning was welcome in the August heat. Two bathrooms and two toilets are great for a large group. The neighborhood has many options for groceries and restaurants, and transportation is very easy with the tramway a few steps away and the metro entrance only a 5 min walk. Check-in with Viviane was easy and helpful as she explained everything we needed to know. We have been back in the US for a day and are truly missing our Paris home away from home! We highly (highly!) recommend Viviane’s home for your stay in Paris.

They were easy to reach when needed and very helpful. Great quiet place. Close location to various public transportation helped a lot. I would recommend this place for a family.

Viviane was a wonderful host. She was patient and answered all of our questions upon check-in. The property is away from tourist spots which we liked but did require planning to get around the city. Throughout our stay Viviane provided local recommendations and thoughtful suggestions.
The only issue we ran into was the air conditioning was not the most efficient to combat the high temperatures.
