## Neighborhood
La Marina d'Albufeira est un endroit lumineux, joyeux et amusant pour passer des vacances, avec de nombreux excellents bars, cafés, restaurants et activités ! En plus d'être une marina bien organisée et équipée pour les propriétaires de bateaux, il existe de nombreuses excursions et opportunités d'apprendre à naviguer pour tous les âges et niveaux. Cet appartement de qualité est moderne et coloré et offre d'excellentes installations et services toute l'année. De nombreuses propriétés jouissent de vues directes sur la marina et la mer. La vieille ville d'Albufeira se trouve à seulement 15 minutes à pied, tout comme les plages principales d'Albufeira et de São Rafael. L'aéroport international de Faro est à 35 minutes en voiture.
## Transit
Il y a des transports publics disponibles dans la région et tout autour de l'Algarve. Mais les bus et les trains ne circulent pas très souvent, et une (location de) voiture est recommandée.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need

The property was lovely, perfectly located on the marina so we could easily walk down for food and drinks, plus there was lots of boat rides and activities to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean, and having the balcony was a lovely bonus. Overall we had everything we needed for a lovely trip.

A fabulous apartment and brilliant host. This is one of the best places i have stayed. The accomodation was so relaxing and well equiped, it felt like a beautiful home from home. With two balconies offering views over the marina and a swimming pool you are spoilt for choice. There are excellent bars, restaurants and amusements directly below. Noise was never a problem and the marina offers a relaxed pace and access to many boat trips. The land train stops outside so you can get to the old town the scenic (bumpy) way. Taxis are also very cheap.
The apartment is served by 2 lifts so accessibility is good. It is spacious and bright with incredibly comfortable beds.
As for Jaqueline, the owner / host...she was an absolute gem. With clear and prompt communication throughout and lots of thoughtful touches, we knew we were in safe hands.

Si trova nella zona della Marina, da dove partono i tour in barca, con numerosi bar e ristoranti.
Il centro di Albufeira e la Praia dos Pescadores sono raggiungibili con un passeggiata di 20-30 minuti.
Jaqueline è un'ottima host, amichevole e sempre disponibile.
Ho passato un soggiorno molto confortevole.

We were thrilled with our stay, the host was wonderful, greeted us on arrival, very friendly, some nice additional extras like cleaning supplies and a bottle of wines which was a lovely gesture. The apartment was spacious and clean and perfect location for us, there is a lovely little beach within walking distance off the marina, plenty boat tours at the marina and it is about 2km walk to the old town, it suited us perfectly as our boys are 16 so walking is not an issue - we enjoy the walk together in the evenings, the balcony looks over the marina and is very peaceful and beautiful. We highly recommended this for a family of 4 with children of an age up to a good walk 💕🙏🙌

Der Check-in war super, Jaqueline war super lieb und herzlich und hat es uns ermöglicht, sehr viel früher einzuchecken. Sie hat sich gut um unsere Anliegen gekümmert, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wer es allerdings ruhiger mag, sollte beachten, dass dort bis nachts sehr viel los ist. Wir haben gut gegessen (fat Cats sehr zu empfehlen). Da der Hafen vor der Nase liegt, kann man problemlos Bootstouren unternehmen ( xride Sonnenuntergangstour zu empfehlen) und im Parkhaus ist eine Elektro Kartbahn, die auch viel Spaß macht.

Il manque beaucoup de comodités/équipements. Les équipements de cuisine n’était pas très propre et peu nombreux. Il manquait des essuies-tout, des sacs de poubelle de rechange, des papiers de rouleaux de toilette. Les salles de bain et leur douche ne sont pas top top (enjeu de probleme d’eau chaude, mais rapidement reglé).

The apartment is in a very central location and even though it was above all the restaurants and cafes it was very quiet at night time. Easy accessible garage. The host was very informative and friendly and communication was excellent.

The tourist train stops right outside of you want a tour of Albufeira. Restaurants and pubs below condo are good. Winter visits are quiet- pretty sure summer would not be the same? The pool is not heated so no one using it.

Just returned from a fabulous stay. The host was helpful and responsive and the apartment is stunning. Just as in the photos and perfect for 4 adults.
There were some additional touches which made our stay perfect, such a a thoughtful bottle of water already in the fridge, some red wine and a few condiments that others often forget.
The marina is stunning with plenty to keep couples and families entertained.

Het appartement ligt direct aan de Marina. Met in de buurt veel restaurants en ontspan mogelijkheden. De vertrekken boten voor de toer op loop afstand. De accommodatie zijn alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi appartement op de zon kant. Het hele appartement voorzien van airco. In de zomer een must. Ik zal er zo weer naar toe gaan.

Beautiful property in the most perfect location directly above the marina. The host was very friendly and dropped off some additional pillowcases for us during our stay and gave us a bottle of wine and water.
The property is close to all amenities- 2 supermarkets, numerous restaurants and children’s games are all directly below the apartment.
It is a great area and very quiet of an evening/morning.
The pool is a good size although it is not temperature controlled and was a little chilly.

We had to vacate the apartment by 10am but unfortunately there was nowhere to store our luggage or have a shower. Jacqueline offered for us to leave it in her parking space but this wasn’t secure and we could not gain access to the building without the keycard to do this.
Shower in the main bathroom does not drain and pillows have lost all firmness.

In der Wohnung hat man theoretisch auch alles was man braucht, aber es ist halt nicht alles zu nutzen. Die Waschmaschine war drinnen sehr verdreckt, sowie generell die gesamte Elektronikausstattung. Die Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.

La propriétaire était très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le boiler (ce qui peut arriver) mais la propriétaire a fait son maximum pour venir le réparer au plus vite. Nous avons même pu profiter d'une place de parking intérieur.

The balconies were a great place to read, catch the sun and people watch. We loved being at the marina which is a hive of activity. The kitchen was well equipped. The location overlooking the Albufeira Marina was excellent, several cafés basic shops and a variety of restaurants witjin minutes. The town of Albufeira is easily accessible by car and many more facilities plus beaches are nearby.
Inside the apartment is modern, comfortable and bright. Good beds, showers etc.
We stayed over Christmas and enjoyed the lights in the living room.

We LOVED this place! It was one of two favorites out of six that we stayed. Finally we had two bathrooms:) The Marina is a nice place to stay since walking out your door you can enjoy the Marina restaurants and excursion "huts." We had everything we needed and would definitely return. We only had three days and would have liked to explore Faro, Lagos and other areas we didn't get to see. We loved the beaches, especially hanging out under a palapa drinking my new favorite Tanguray Sevilla Gin and Tonic drink.....so fun! On top of of everything the location for the Albufeira area was great, including taxis right outside the rental building...super easy!

Jacqueline nous a très bien accueillis et nous a donné beaucoup d’informations pour notre séjour tout en répondant rapidement à nos demandes. Le logement était très propre et la vue sur la marina était très belle. Il est facile de visiter le vieux Albufeira qui se trouve seulement à 30 minutes à pied du logement. Notre séjour a été très agréable et nous vous le recommandons.

Great apartment with beautiful view of the marina, near all water activities. Spacious two bedroom and two bath can accommodate many! Kitchen has all that you need for eat in meals. Lovely pool and complex is quiet and 15 minute relaxing walk to Albuferia.

Jacqueline was a great host - she made sure we had everything we needed, including bringing us a fan when the living room was too warm!

It’s in the perfect location. You can sit on the balcony and watch the goings on around the Marina. Places to eat are close and well priced

I can’t say that there was anything we didn’t like about the apartment. The only issue is the garbage in the garage, there were no recycling containers we had to take the recycling to the bins in the Marina. This is not anything that Jacqueline can be responsible for that’s with the property management

We loved our stay! Even extended 3 days as we were so comfortable. The place is comfortable, cute and spacious. The bedding was excellent and everything felt brand new. It is perfectly situated to run downstairs for a cocktail or use it as a central location for exploring the Algarve. We loved the patio views. A 15 minute walk into old town puts you right into the restaurants and bars. And for the bonus the trip home is all downhill.
We were welcomed by the owner Jacqeline who is wonderful. She was helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants. The property managers were also very responsive when we extended our stay.
We would not hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommended.

We stayed for 8 weeks January to beginning of March, great location just out of Albufeira town ( 15 minute walk) but has the marina complex at hand was superb. Jacqueline our host was great making our stay most welcoming and always contactable.
Apartment was well decorated as it shows on the listing the two balcony’s were nice to sit out with the sun morning till evening, in side free Wi-Fi 5G good for streaming and a nice tv. The kitchen was full of equipment which we utilised making meals, good size fridge and freezer. The hob and oven being electric the power needed restricted oven and hob bing used at the same time as it tripped the power. The apartment block outside was very clean, we had access to the pool area which included and sun beds, pool was nice but not heated.
The apartment location was great for the time of year for walkers and adventures who like to relax and unwind.

Honestly this place exceed our expectations. Came to celebrate new years in Albufeira and had an amazing time. The location is perfect with great restaurants and bars right downstairs along the marina promenade. The have boats tours of the coasts and we even saw dolphins on the dreamer speed boat experience. We got a 10% discount by you mention our host. The old town is about 15mins walk or a 3mins Uber. Lovely beach decent night life. The beach concert on New Year’s Eve was absolutely mind blowing I couldn’t believe how many people could squeeze into the beach. Truly memorable, also our host Jacqueline was extremely friendly and communication was always good. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Albufeira.
