## Neighborhood
Lagos est une destination de vacances idéale, avec un centre historique animé rempli de boutiques, marchés (supermarchés inclus), une marina, des bars et des restaurants. La ville est réputée pour ses falaises spectaculaires. Nous vous recommandons vivement une excursion en bateau, en kayak ou en paddle pour les découvrir depuis la mer.
Lagos offre un mélange parfait entre patrimoine historique, gastronomie locale et accueil chaleureux. Située sur la côte, vous pouvez y pratiquer de nombreuses activités nautiques comme le surf ou la voile. Il y en a pour tous les âges et tous les goûts dans cette région.
## Transit
Lagos est accessible en environ une heure en voiture depuis l’aéroport de Faro. Des agences de location de voitures sont disponibles directement sur le parking de l’aéroport. En train, le trajet dure entre 2h30 et 3h.
La ville dispose d’une gare ferroviaire (liaisons vers Faro, Lisbonne et Porto) et d’une gare routière (liaisons vers la côte ouest). Cependant, notez que les trains et bus circulent seulement quelques fois par jour. Même sans voiture, il est facile de se déplacer grâce aux nombreux taxis et Ubers disponibles. Toutefois, pour explorer les environs de Lagos, une voiture de location peut grandement faciliter votre séjour.

We stayed for 4 nights & while there are positives, the overall experience fell short.
The location is quiet behind the marina and convenient. There’s a mini market 30 seconds away, a supermarket 10 minutes away, the beach about 15 minutes, & the old town is a 25 minute walk at a relaxed pace or 15 to 18 brisk walk.
The apartment itself is lovely, modern, well laid out, & the bathrooms are excellent. On that alone, it would be close to perfect.
Unfortunately, the beds were a deal breaker. We didn’t get a single good night’s sleep. The mattresses were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. I even tried using a spare duvet for padding, but it didn’t help. We also noticed stains on the bed covers.
The pool is only ok. Sunbeds are stacked, locked away, or broken & worn. The pool looked dirty and not usable, and the area is not well maintained. The gym is small, with old, dusty equipment and no working air con.
The host was helpful, but overall comfort & facilities would stop us returning.

The place was so clean and spacious and having access to the roof pool was such an asset. The host was very helpful and responsive (especially when we managed to lock ourselves out on a Sunday!!), really ten out of ten service. Will be recommending and hopefully returning! Thank you!

Location…location…location. Can’t be beat. Easy walk to large grocery store, beach, marina restaurants, bus and train stations and old town. Car not necessary but handy if you want to explore all Algarve has to offer.
Lots of construction going on around the building and some inside renovation noise but Lagos has a lot of cranes in the sky so hard to get away from them for this price point. We had a pipe burst while we were there but Rental Valley responded quickly for damage control. Only real concern for me was the hardness of the beds. Recommend owners replace mattresses or provide toppers.
Winter Stay
Apartment was a good size in a great location close to the marina and a short walk to old town. Only having one key was an inconvenience. Everything about the apartment was great except found the bed to be hard and not comfortable. Rental Valley staff were quick to answer any questions. Will definitely book with them again.

Es gab keinen Hinweis auf die beiden Großbaustellen die sich direkt vor dem Appartment befinden. Damit war Baulärm an 6 Tagen die Woche von 8.00 bis 18.00 Uhr. Ich würde diese Unterkunft keinesfalls weiter empfehlen da sich diese Baustellen auch im nächsten Jahr noch da befinden werden. Aufgrund der genannten Mängel gab es kein Verständnis und Entgegenkommen des Vermieters. Was uns sehr enttäuscht hat. Der Meerblick war nur von der Dachterasse und das Gym konnte nicht benutzt werden da die meisten Geräte defekt waren. Die beiden Balkone waren auch nicht zu nutzen da der eine zu den Baustellen ging und der andere direkt auf die gegenüberliegenden Wohnungen ging .

Highly recommend, the apartment was very spacious and was in a great location super close to the Marina and beach and ~15-20 min walk to the bars and restaurants in old town. The only comment was the beds were harder than would have liked. Construction is going on nearby but we couldn't hear it from inside and it was not disruptive in any way.

Hilfsbereites Team im Hintergrund: Warmwasser war ausgefallen - direkter Rückruf und Im Anschluss Hilfe organisiert.
Auf Nachfrage konnten wir ein Late-Check-Out machen.

Einzig die Aussicht der beiden Balkone war nicht besonders, da das Gebäude in einem Wohnblock steht.
Dieses "Problem " war aber im Vorfeld bekannt und kann daher eigentlich aus der Betrachtung herausgenommen werden. .

This was a beautiful apartment in a great location at the back of the Marina in Lagos. It was very well fitted out with everything I needed for my stay. I loved having a proper kitchen and it was very nice of the hosts to leave basics like salt and pepper, its only a little thing but I hate having to buy these basics on holiday. Also there were some dishwasher and washing machine tablets there. The living room was very comfortable as was the bedroom. Having two balconies was also a great advantage as it was too hot to sit in full sun ( temp went up to 35/36 deg) during the day but a glass of wine watching the sun setting in the evening was a lovely way to relax in the evening.
Negative:
The one issue for me was that there was only one set of keys available. Originally I was due to travel with a family member and we would have been coming and going at different times. I 've always been able to get a second set of keys especially when its a two bed apartment.

Stayed for 8 weeks January to March great location away from town noise and close to the train station. The apartment entrance and lift were well maintained with regular cleaning. Rental Vally were easy to contact and replied well to requests.
Good size apartment which matched the photos and listing. Pool was clean but a little cold the sun loungers were a little old but usable. Small gym with great views while exercising.
Small international food shop 100 meters from apartment and large Pingo 10 minutes walk away.
The local area short walk to the beach which was amazing along with a great boardwalk system newly built. Lagos centre was just a 10 minute stroll away with great food restaurants. Local farmers market every Saturday, fish market daily.

Ich war 3 Nächte dort und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll war es, dass so Dinge für den täglichen Gebrauch ausreichend vorhanden war, wie z. B. Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs, Klopapier etc. So musste ich nicht alles noch einmal neu einkaufen, denn ich bin viel am Reisen und kann nicht jedesmal alles wieder einpacken. Ich brauchte 2x die Hilfe vom Kundensupport, der schnell geholfen hat und klare Anweisungen gab. Dieses Appartement würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

I did notice that in the other reviews of the property no one else has mentioned the beds. So maybe it’s just me?

The only thing was it was dark to get to the apartment through the elevator but the apartment was on top and had good light. Also, it was quiet and located in a safe neighborhood. Only downside is that we had call support a few times for some appliances that are quite hard to work out how to use. Recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.

I had a lovely stay in the spacious apartment for myself. It is easy to reach from the train station (approx. 10 minutes walk). You can walk across the parking lot to save some time). I also did not miss any tools in the kitchen or elsewhere. There were even spices available from previous rents, which I think is always helpful and sustainable.
The main and only downside I noticed is that a family lives above and you can hear the child running wildly around. But after 22pm there were not many noises to hear from other tenants.
Other than that, I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone, who does not mind to walk 15-20 minutes to get to the city center. If you have a car, there is a big parking lot nearby or some parking spaces in front of the building. A big supermarket is also not too far away.

It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Check in was easy and there was quick communication when we needed the host. Also there was always parking available right in front of the stay. Sistema post prenotazione macchinoso, si riceve tutto da un'agenzia via mail. Dalla caparra da lasciare tramite un sito alla richiesta dei dati dei soggiornanti tramite un modulo non perfettamente funzionale, alle regole della casa (ben 4 fogli da leggere). Ci si sente stressati prima di iniziare la vacanza cosi come al momento del check out. Gestire questo aspetto con piu semplicità come fanno gli altri host sarebbe meglio, ma nel complesso piu che consigliata.

Das Apartment ist riesig und super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist absolut super. Sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Stadt sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.

Todo :) El piso está genial, muy grande y luminoso. Tiene 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, 2 balcones, 1 cocina muy grande y un salón enorme con canales en todos los idiomas. Está ubicado cerca de la Marina de Lagos y muy cerquita de la playa. En la azotea hay una piscina y un pequeño gimnasio. La verdad es que dispone de todo lo que hace falta para pasar una estancia maravillosa. A nosotras nos encantó el alojamiento. 100% recomendable!

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. It was spacious, and well equipped. The kitchen had all essential kitchenware, which was great as we cooked most meals. The shower pressure was a real plus! The roof top pool may as well have been private, as we never encountered anyone else there! Would highly recommend staying here

Spacious and comfortable apartment. 5min walk to the marina, easy 15 min walk to old town or easy 25 min walk to the most stunning beaches in algave region. Home had all amenities you need, with a little corner shop for last minute things or a supermarket outside the marina. The only issue was the pillows small hard and lumpy. Other than that, perfect. Definitely recommend.

This is a spacious, clean 2nd Floor apartment in a secure building on the marina side of the river in Lagos, a short walk away. While we didn't meet our hosts, their instructions for access to the apartment were clear and communication with them was quick and easy. Free parking was always available in the street outside and the wifi and all appliances worked well. The beds are very firm and the lighting in the bathrooms is a bit dim. The nearest supermarket is a 5 to 10 minutes walk away as is the marina and all the restaurants and activity booths there. All in all we had a comfortable stay and can recommend it as a good base from which to explore Lagos and it's surrounds.

La décoration était très tendance et moderne. L’appartement était spacieux et très propre ! Nous vous recommandons ce AirBnB à 100%. L’appartement était à 5 minutes de la ville de Lagos, ce qui était très pratique. Tout était parfait de A à Z !!!

Perfect location, it's really close to the train station and the marina, which is very practical, and it's not far from the city center and the bus station. The apartment is really nice and the pool on the roof is a cherry on the top. Annemarie was a very pleasant host. Overall, it was a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.
