我很喜欢这个公寓，符合我所有的需求。不用爬楼梯，非常方便。地理位置很好，距离地铁和公交都很近，距离景点也很近。设施齐全，厨房用品很全，锅碗刀调料都有。有吹风机。有熨斗和熨衣板。卫生间干湿分离。最方便的是，卧室和客厅有隔断，这样，两个人分别住一间，吵不到对方，非常方便。如果有机会再去巴黎，我还去预定的。客服人员也很好，让我提前放了行李，沟通非常顺利。

Logement propre, pratique et agréable. J'y reviendrais avec plaisir.

Logement idéalement situé à proximité directe de toutes commodités (métro, resto, épicerie...) et calme.
L'accès indépendant au logement (au RDC dans une cour) est vraiment appréciable et pratique.
La déco est sympa et les équipements sont complets (wifi, frigo, plaques de cuisson...).
Le linge de lit est fourni (lit fait à l'arrivée) ainsi que les serviettes de toilette (literie de bonne qualité et salle de bain fonctionnelle).
Le logement est propre mais nécessiterait un bon ménage dans les coins et les parties en hauteur.
Bonne communication avec le loueur (efficace et réactive).

La pièce de vie donnée sur l'extérieur et avec des températures fraiches, il y fait froid. Il n'y a pas la possibilité de régler le chauffage (au sol) à sa convenance.
La porte d'entrée en verrière laisse passer tout l'air mais apporte un charme fou. Il est précisé qu'il y a toutefois de grands rideaux apportant une isolation et cela n'a aucune incidence pour la chambre qui est bien isolée.
Attention à certains éléments qui se dégradent (peinture au mur qui s'écaille, porte du frigo ballant, joint de la porte de douche) mais ce ne sont que des détails.
Enfin, une table basse dans le salon serait à prévoir.

Muita burocracia para reservar. Existe um pagamento que fica retido para ser usado como multa, caso o hóspede quebre um copo, (e tá tudo bem) mas no nosso caso foi 300€ eu achei um absurdo. O apartamento é minúsculo de uma maneira que nem consigo descrever. Todas as vezes que viajamos, nós fazemos comida em casa, mas nesta casa ficamos com tanto medo de quebrar um copo e ter que pagar os 300€, que nem arriscamos. Eu até gravei um vídeo na chegada e outro na saída, mostrando como recebi a casa e como entreguei. Enfim, nunca mais. Pagar um preço menor para passar por isso, não compensa.

Après cette mésaventure, j'ai lu les commentaires et je me suis aperçue que cela avait déjà été signalé.
Mieux vaut être sûr que ce problème est réglé avant de réserver.

The AC is a portable low power unit. Makes more noise than cool blow.
As the place has no window no ventilation you have to keep it on all night and good luck with your sleep if you are sensitive to noise.
Shower has a broken shower head. shower drainage is a serious problem.
Overall below my expectation for the cost. We stayed in ways better places in the past in the same area.

Mas o apto é muito pequeno, nao tem ventilação ou janelas e nao da para mais de 2 pessoas.
O wc é extremamente pequeno e se a pessoa for muito alta ou grande nao vai conseguir entrar no chuveiro. Eu acabei queimando minhas costas no toalheiro térmico ao sair do chuveiro. Tenho um 1, 70 de altura e 60 kg.
O anfitrião não deixou sabão para lavar as loucas, sacos de lixo e fiquei uma semana com apenas 1 rolo de papel higiênico, tive que comprar tudo para poder deixar a estadia apresentável. O ar condicionado esta imundo e quando ligava enviava fuligem para nos.
Informei tudo isso a Caroline, que sempre me respondia super rápido, mas sem dar solução aos problemas.
Acredito que as imagens nao fazem jus ao estado atual do apto.

Nothing. The pictures are semi-accurate, but in reality this place is basically a shed. It’s like sleeping in a doorway. I had to leave early and get a hotel, I was so unhappy.

The entry was confusing (Dutch door with two separate segments / keys), and once over the threshold you are “inside” but it felt like you were still outside in the courtyard. Too close to camping for me. Note, friends stayed in the adjacent flat ‘Elegant’ and it was lovely. However, ‘cosy’ is anything but.

Great place, very good location, very walkable and close to many landmarks, as well as close Metro station and other public transport! The best thing about this place is the location.
The place is small. It can host up to 4 people, but it’s fitted only for sleep, otherwise it would be crowded. It’s ground level and it would be very cold if there wasn’t floor heating. On our 2nd day of the stay it saved us (end of Oct).
It has separate bathroom and toilet - good for more people. Both the bed and the sofa are very comfortable.
The apartment is managed by a hotel & hosting agency and they were very organised and responsive. The only thing was that there’s a security deposit, that isn’t listed in the ad. After paying your reservation, you have to pay a security deposit on a link outside Airbnb that’s being refunded after the stay (if everything is in order). It’s perfectly fine and by the rules of Airbnb, but it wasn’t mentioned in the listing and got us in a bit of a misunderstanding.

We enjoyed the fact that once inside the courtyard and apartment, it was quiet. Barely saw any neighbors. It was just me and my husband. So for 2 people with suitcases, the size of the space was doable.

O check in é às 17 horas o check out às 10 horas e não tem choro. Cheguei às 8 da manhã pedi apenas para deixar as malas e não deixou em hipótese alguma. Neste ponto não recomendo Quanto a região é a cama de casal é ótima.

Visible dust on walls, doors, lamps. Shower was broken (water was not going down, shower door were not closing, very dirty). There was even a note from 2 months ago from guest about broken glass wall.
Internet was not working, I got second network also not working.

Solid place to stay for sure. Would highly recommend. Service was good and Agence Rental's was reasonably responsive in answering questions and resolving issues, even helping providing some information on local solutions to travel times.
The place was clean and we had no problems settling in.
Even provided some basic toiletries for our stay!
Fair heads up, check in's going to be in the evening take that into consideration.
I will note that the stay is pricey, but I can say you get what you pay for. It's not a mind-blowingly good deal, but a fair price for good service and stay.

The flat is set back from the street in a courtyard so is quiet.

A rug had recently been cleaned and had been left wet giving off a very strong smell. It would have been better to have removed it before we arrived.
It might be useful to make clearer that the apartment doesn't really have any windows except the front door which one can open. Not a major problem in the winter but would be more difficult in the summer.

L'appartamento è situato nel quartiere centralissimo di Saint-Germain de Près da cui si può arrivare a piedi al cuore della città, quindi la posizione è davvero ottima. La casa è piccolina, adatta per una coppia o due adulti e un bambino. Se dovessi trovare un difetto, è sicuramente il poco spazio per mettere le valigie e per appoggiare le cose in cucina, ma per pochi giorni ci si adatta senza problemi. Cute little place that is well maintained. The courtyard allows for quiet nights. Walkable location and distance to top sites (Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, etc.). Clear instructions on how to access the property. Appreciated the early luggage drop-off!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
L'appartement a été très facile à trouver et l'accès était très clair.
Il est extrêmement bien situé, à 2 pas de la ligne 12 et 4 du métro et très calme.
En quelques pas vous avez des boulangeries, des restaurants et plusieurs superettes Leclerc.
Hormis le matelas qui commence à fatiguer, l'appartement est très agréable, lumineux et très moderne. Nous n'avons manqué de rien.
Notre fils a très bien dormi dans le canapé lit, très facile à mettre en place. Il est parfait pour les enfants.
Concernant les bagages il est possible de les déposer avant l'heure d'arrivée, ce qui permet quelques visites supplémentaires.
Le ménage est réalisé par des professionnels entre deux locations.
Nous gardons cette excellente adresse pour notre prochain voyage à Paris.

The place was not particularly clean. The internet was useless. Very little left in the way of toilet paper, rubbish bags etc. pillows were awful, sofa bed uncomfortable. There was the most terrible noise in the middle of the night, we were then surrounded by police searching us. Not the air b & b’s fault but needless to say we got no sleep. Told the host, no apologies or late check out offered by courtesy.

Communication with host is only possible through Whatsapp. No response by telephone or email, but by whatsapp all details on arrival were managed. Great place for 2 people, as long as they are not complainers.

Perfect little apartment in a great location close to shops, restaurants, bus, subway and the Luxembourg Gardens. You can easily reach all points of interest within a short time span. Small space but it's comfortable for 2 persons. Host also allows you to store your luggage in the apartment before check-in time which was greatly appreciated. We had a great time in Paris, thank you!

Great location with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and bars. It is easy to find and felt safe and secure. Check-in was a breeze and the space is is cosy as described. It was a bit of a tight fit for 3 adults.
Overall everything was great; however be mindful of water temperature in shower - it can unexpectedly get hot!
