The apartment is in a great location and the surrounding area is very lively. However, taxis cannot enter the small alley, so you need to walk a short distance to the main road. The apartment is on the third floor and the staircase is very narrow and difficult to use. Fortunately, the host/manager, Hacene, was very kind and helped us carry our luggage, but it may still be inconvenient for elderly guests.
The apartment was smaller than we expected, but it had everything we needed. The beds were actually larger than expected, and it was comfortable enough for three people to stay. One downside was the hot water system — the water heater needs time to heat up, so there usually wasn’t enough hot water for three consecutive showers. We also had to buy our own trash bags and toilet paper, as only one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag were provided. Excelente lugar para tres personas. El host siempre fue muy atento y amable desde un inicio, igual muy flexible con nuestros horarios de llegada y de salida. Todo funcionaba a la perfección y la locación fue a excelente, había muchos lugares cerca y fue un punto céntrico entre todos los lugares que visitamos.

We had great stay in Paris, the neighbourhood is perfect and the apartment was just as decribed with all necessary amenities for a short stay. Hacene was super great host who communicated all details far in advance and was very punctual with our check-in and check-out. Strongly reccomend them for future stays.

Rustig appartement gelegen in goede buurt om Parijs te ontdekken.
Kamer is mogelijk met 3 mensen, maar ik raad aan max 2 omdat de ruimte wat beperkt is. Verder een fijn appartement.
Verzorgde woning, je krijgt duidelijke instructies om zelf binnen te geraken.

Die Lage ist absolut super und man kann alles zu Fuß erlaufen. Für einen Kurztrip ist sie also toll geeignet.

Wir wurden am Anreisetag von unserem Concierge Karim sehr nett empfangen. War sogar möglich das wir etwas früher einchecken könnten. Da genau neben dem Wohngebäude ein Locker ist war es auch kein Problem unsere Koffer zwischen zu lagern um die Stadt zu erkunden. Schön ist auch das wir sehr nahe an Restaurant, Geschäften, Patisserien und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bzw die Station Le Hall ist nicht einmal 10 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Von dort aus kommt man sehr bequem überall in Paris und um Paris hin. Da wir leider auch eine Demo der .. miterleben mussten war es von Vorteil das das Studio in einer sicheren Gegend liegt. Wir haben uns durch die Polizeipräsenz sehr sicher gefühlt. Alle Franzosen die wir getroffen haben war auch äußerst höflich und freundlich. Englisch ist überhaupt kein Problem. Würde jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen wenn ich wieder in Paris bin.

Το διαμέρισμα βρισκόταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της πόλης και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα τουριστικά αξιοθέατα. Τα σεντόνια και τα παπλώματα είχαν λεκέδες ενώ έλειπε και ένα σεντόνι για να στρώσουμε στον καναπέ ώστε να γίνει κρεβάτι.

Прекрасно что меня встретили и донесли тяжелый чемодан до 3го этажа . Прекрасное расположение . Но… дома не работал интернет , не было шкафа разложить вещи либо же положить чемодан , нет зеркала в полный рост , нет стиральной машинки . Квартира ооочень маленькая для троих людей не подходит, если вы поставите свои чемоданы то просто не сможете ходить по ней ,лифта тоже нет . Хотела сделать отмену брони в тот же день , так как поняла что втроем будет не комфортно жить . Этот Welkeys работает только за 50% за отмену брони и я б отдала больше 500$ попросила решить этот вопрос хозяина со мной переписывалась бот который говорил что это не возможно . Уверенна что для кого-то очень понравится эта квартира но она не стоит этих денег , можно найти получше , либо же жить одному здесь . И компании Welkeys стоит пересмотреть свою клиентоориентированность потому что все держится на одном Hacene работа которого повышает ваш статус .

We had great time staying at this property in Paris. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby and important sites within walking distance. Check-in and check-out was super smooth. Hacene was extremely helpful and showed real care for our pleasant stay. The three flight of stairs was not too bad a climb and the room is compact but functional as is typical for Paris accommodation. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

Emplacement parfait!! Entre 2 rues très animées (restaurants, bar, cafés, boulangerie etc...) vous trouverez votre bonheur a moins de 5 minutes du logement. A 2 pas du métro, vous n'aurez aucun mal a vous déplacer.

I'm a traveler and I don't have a phone number which I specified a few time. The host never once tried to find a solution to help me. Expensive extra for a late check in even tho it's a self check in. I was very disappointed about it. Then me and my co traveler had a lot of itching on our bodies after the first night there. The place is a lot smaller then it seems on the pictures plus the bed are noisy and uncomfortable. Overall it just wasn't worth the price and even at a lower price I wouldn't recommend this place nor this host.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem AirBnB sehr gut gefallen. Die Ankunft war flexibel und unkompliziert. Wir wurden zu einer von uns ausgewählten Uhrzeit (morgens um 9:30) empfangen und in das Apartment begleitet. Die Person, die uns empfing war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und gemütlich. Allerdings gibt es einige Kritikpunkte, die in Zukunft umgesetzt werden sollten. Es war keine Seife und kein Klopapier vorhanden, was definitiv unpraktisch ist, vor allem nach einer langen Anreise. Ansonsten ist das Apartment genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir konnten zu dritt ohne Probleme schlafen, kochen, essen.
Was nicht unerwähnt bleiben darf ist die großartige Lage. Man ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtteil Marais entfernt (sehr empfehlenswert), es gibt in der Straße einige Bars und eine fantastische Bäckerei und in der kreuzenden Straße befinden sich ebenso viele tolle Ess- und Trinklokale.
Das AirBnB ist somit weiterzuempfehlen!

L'alloggio è davvero molto piccolo, dalle foto sembra decisamente più grande, è giusto per due persone, noi in 3 eravamo davvero stretti, la cucina non l'abbiamo utilizzata perchè davvero poco funzionale, molte cose sono da rivedere, manutenzione davvero scarsa la porta di ingresso si apre e si chiude a fatica, portasaponi in doccia completamente pieno di ruggine!!! non c'è alcun posto per riporre i bagagli ne un armadio per riporre nulla! Tappo del lavandino tenuto su dal fil di ferro, insomma per 200 € a notte si può fare di meglio. Silenzioso perchè la finestra affaccia sul cortile interno. Quartiere comodo vicino alla metro, ricco di ristoranti e locali serali.
Particolare menzione per Hacene che ci ha accolti perfettamente spiegandoci tutto e ci ha salutati al checkout!

Nossa chegada foi muito tranquila, a hospedagem estava sempre em contato conosco, dando informações úteis da localização, Wi-Fi, chaves e etc. Hacene foi o concierge que nos recebeu super bem, foi muito simpático e deu várias dicas. A instalação estava limpa e organizada, os colchões eram muito confortáveis e havia diversos utensílios, toalhas limpas e até amenities. Super indico o apartamento!

Need a good clean. Mold was everywhere, sewage smell, everything was so dusty and gross. Did messaged host and management company, send pictures as well and got completely ignored. Street was loud at night. Do not recommend

The location is great, 5 minute walk to metro and 30-40 minute walk to almost everything in Paris. However be warned, there is no AC. Just a fan that heats the room up if anything. This wasn’t much of an issue for us as we were barely in the apartment and the temperature at the time was reasonable. A little expensive for what it is however it was a last second book and was overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend for active people that don’t go to Paris to sit around in an apartment.

A great location to explore paris, good transport connections, and fantastic local boulangerie and eateries. Apartment is nice, with a few maintenance tasks to be carried out (eg folding bed can't be raised, wire sticking out of plug) but still a comfy and well decorated place to stay in the heart of the 2e. Welkeys seem to be an agency and so the information you give to them doesn't seem to go directly to the person who is letting you in - but still easy to find and check in and the person who met us was very friendly and gave great recommendations for the local area. A nice stay - would visit again!

The pictures are deceptive. This apartment is smaller than the average hotel room. After the sofa bed is opened, there is literally no room to move or store your things. It is on the 4th floor (it says third but they don’t count the ground level in France). There are 62 narrow and winding to the apartment and no elevator. They are covered with tape as the building is being worked on. The kitchen equipment was sparse and dirty. There was literally a brown spot on the bed sheets. I called to complain and emailed and no one responded. I also
texted the contact that let us in and he literally replied “that is not my concern. Contact Welkeys”. Upon seeing the unit I tried to cancel immediately but received no return call or email. Not worth the money and I’ll choose more wisely next time.

Great location (close to everything by walking distance) and host (friendly and responsive), but the apartment was not clean, it smelled weird and could see a lot of dust and unclean spots in some places. For an almost 130 euro cleaning fee, we were not expecting this. Beds were good, shower is small, it has an electric heater that works well, kitchen is not usable since its not very clean and safe to consume from it (we found used coffee pods that should've been thrown out) etc. Again, if you only get it for the location, it's good.

We stayed here for two nights, and have nothing to complain about, especially the location is amazing! it's a safe and clean neighborhood, you have a lot of cafés, restaurants and bars nearby, and it's close from louvre and the metro as well. the trains from les halles (15minutes by foot) take you both to disneyland and to the airport directly in no time. we didn't know that we need to receive the key directly from the host when checking-in, so there were some coordination issues on the day of arrival, but Jeremy was always available and flexible in meeting and resolving it. I will definitely come back next time.

This apartment was in a great and safe location and the host was very fast with communication. As three girls staying in our twenties we felt very safe and appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out. However, we specifically booked this air bnb because it said it had air conditioning yet when we arrived there was no air conditioning and only a tiny fan that barely pumped out any air and it was warm air. This was upsetting as it was 95+ degrees in Paris that week and there was no airflow even with the windows open, given that they opened to a courtyard. We understand that in general there isn’t much air conditioning in Europe however I do not understand why it would be listed as an amenity if it is not present. We would have booked elsewhere if that was the case. This air bnb would be a great find for the price in cooler seasons so I would still recommend it. Our stay was pleasant otherwise with the exception of a few cleaning issues that can be fixed for future guests.

Immediately cancelled my reservation after discovering there was no AC as put in the description of the apartment.
I verified with ‘Welkeys’ prior to arriving that there was AC in the listing and they simply reported the listing had AC without any verification. When I arrived and discovered there was no AC I attempted to cancel with no help at all from Welkeys property management. Welkeys was VERY UNHELPFUL. I had to get a refund through AirBNB (who were wonderful).
The apartment is in a great location. I’ll give it that.
The Welkeys assistant that checked us in was helpful on his own but could do nothing in the process of getting the reservation canceled and also verified there was no AC in the apartment for us!
It was a very hot weekend in Paris. It was August and we knew it would be hot. Hence why we looked for a place WITH AC as we knew it wasn’t common for apartments in Paris to have AC.
Lesson learned - never book with Welkeys as a property manager again.

The place was ALOT smaller than we thought. Looks like the pictures but not as big as we assumed. They did not prepare any of the beds, the couch pull out bed

We had 48 hours in Paris and stayed here for two nights. The location was great in terms of easily finding restaurants and bars within short walks from the apartment. There were three of us so it was very tight - but since we spent most of our time out I’d the apartment that wasn’t a problem. When we wanted to see other parts of Paris we took taxis or Uber but they weren’t very costly. We were grateful to have an affordable place to stay.

The apartment is close to Louvre and Notre Dame. It is charming but smaller than expected. The beds are quite comfortable. The main issue is there is no closet (there is a closet but it’s locked and the owner uses it) so the only option for keeping your clothing are chairs or your suitcase. One of the request upon checkout is to take your own trash out which I find weird. The area is full of restaurants and it is very lively. Overall it was a fine stay.

El apartamento es tal como se describe en el anuncio, el barrio es muy animado con muchos sitios donde comer y comercio, zona para tomar algo de noche con mucha marcha pero en el apartamento no se oía nada de ruido al estar interior, está cerca de metro y bus para acceder a todos los sitios de la ciudad, perfecto para 3-4 personas, estuvieron en contacto con nosotros desde antes de viajar dándonos todos los detalles de ubicación y horas de llegada, el portero nos atendió perfectamente, lo único que hay que tener en cuenta que es un tercer piso sin ascensor. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Lo único es que esperábamos aire acondicionado, y sólo había un ventilador, fue suficiente, pero para el calor que hacía en la ciudad en esos días, hubiera sido mejor el aire. La comunicación muy buena con la persona que nos atendió. Es una buena relación precio-calidad.

PROS: Location, location, location. This is an ideal location that has lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. It is also close to the metro and easy to walk to many great areas. It has a very lively nightlife scene. The apartment is also very very secure (2 gates to get in), and very quiet, even though it is in a lively area.
CONS: It is grubby. It needs a thorough clean from top to bottom. The dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before using. The shower has mold on the walls and ceiling. The place is dusty. It is also very small. Really not good for more than two people. The beds are not comfortable. There are no hooks to hang anything and there is no closet, so you essentially have to live out of your suitcase. And because it is so small, you are walking over each other. There are no basics here. They have salt and pepper, and an opened half bag of pasta, but nothing else. Not even sugar. They could do with having some basics so you don't have to immediately go shopping.
You get what you pay for.

Great location and nice apartment! It is really only one room with two beds—so very small, but manageable. Also, it is on the third floor with no elevator so can be tough to carry suitcases up. You can also hear the pipes and everyone moving in the building late at night. But overall, we had a lovely stay here :) Very close to restaurants and shops, and the metro line, which was perfect! And Georgi was great with checking in and out!

El piso es bastante pequeño pero cómodo para 3 personas o menos, en las fotos parece más grande. El mobiliario es algo anticuado e incómodo, incluidos los colchones.
La comunicación es algo lenta con la empresa que gestiona el alojamiento. Hasta 2h antes de hacer el check in no sabía q persona me entregaría las llaves ni su teléfono. Cuando viajas quieres tener todo bien atado para no tener sorpresas y esto genera un poco de incertidumbre que es muy fácil de solucionar con algo de anticipación.
El lado negativo es tener q hacer el check out a las 10h. En todos los Airbnb en los que he estado ha sido sobre las 12h.
Por los demás, todo correcto.
