The apartment was lovely and exactly how it is pictured. The location is great for strolling and exploring. So many food options within minutes. We walked to most sites anywhere from 20-45 minutes. There is metro close by but we walked instead. We did have issues with the laundry machine and toaster not working, but there is a laundry facility right around the corner and just ate more pain au chocolate instead of toast for breakfast

Because the bathroom in that house was broken, they moved us to another house. On the third night, they asked us to leave that house as well and sent us to a house in District 6. They were completely unhelpful and we were greatly distressed. We rented a place thinking it was in District 2, but it turned out to be a terrible experience.

Picking up the key did not work so well - the code did not work as instructed. I got an immediate response when I phoned but it made the experience more stressful than it needed to be when we arrived at 9.30pm after a delayed flight.

The location of this apartment was great. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, supermarket 2 doors down and an easy walk to train stations. Around a 15min walk to the Louvre. Great to have 2 separate bedrooms. This is a ground floor apartment.

The property was in a super central location in Paris - very close to the metro and main train station. Lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The property itself was cute and felt secure. It was clean and appropriate for a small group of 4.

We had a few issues with the plumbing. We weren’t able to use the toilet sink and we were not notified about this prior to check-in. One of the sinks in the bathroom was clogged and therefore we couldn’t use it. We found that that the shower wasn’t hot at times for all four of us to have a shower. The host was communicative (which was helpful) but not very flexible (no one came to fix/look at the issues in the apartment and there was little/no wiggle room with the check-in time). Check-in is at 5pm which is quite late considering check out is at 10am!

The location was wonderful … so close to things that it was usually closer to walk rather than use the metro. Grocery and lots of shops/restaurants right down the street.

Almost perfect. There were strange smells in the two bedrooms but they weren’t unbearable. The tiny sink in the toilet room did not work so if someone was taking a shower, you had no choice but to wash your hands in the kitchen. One faucet was loose in the bathroom.

Huoneistosta löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen ruoanlaittoon. Huoneistoon majoituu neljä väljästi ja kuusi hieman ahtaammin (vuodesohva vie levitettynä runsaasti tilaa). Vaikka huoneisto sijaitsee vilkkaalla kadulla, ei kadun äänet kuulu sisälle.
Vuokraaja vastasi kaikkiin viesteihin nopeasti ja oli hyvin avulias.

Улица пешеходная, рядом миллион кафе, пекарен, ресторанов. Квартира - вход и окно во двор, и несмотря на активную жизнь улицы, в квартире тихо и не слышим шум. Жилье прекрасно подойдёт для семьи с 2 детьми (моё мнение), всё таки не достаёт приватности, если это будет компания людей. Нас было 5 человек (пара с 3 дочерьми), немного не хватало пространства, дополнительного туалета и душа. Стиральная машинка отличная - особенно режим 1кг-1час - стирка и сушка за час! Кухня - современная, есть всё. Кровати достаточно удобные (2 односпальные в маленькой комнате и двуспальная в комнате с окном). Диван в гостиной раскладывается в дополнительное спальное место. Удобная схема передачи ключа. От Букинга получили такси бесплатно от аэропорта до апартаментов. Мы были в марте, в квартире работало отопление, было тепло, но так как на полу плитка и это первый этаж на земле, пол был холодный - босиком или в носках очень холодно. Но в целом это отличный вариант для семьи!
Всё хорошо, только небольшой нюанс - нас было 5 человек, мы останавливались на 8 дней, а было всего 3 рулона туалетной бумаги, 5 пакетиков геля для душа, нет салфеток - экономить на таких мелочах не вежливо.

The neighbourhood itself was lovely, a buzzing hotspot in Montremarte; Yet when inside the Airbnb you would never know it. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Lovely little apartment, smaller than it looked in the photos but we felt comfortable. We stayed in January and its was quite cold in the flat but it had heating which heated up quite well but it had stone flooring so make sure you take some slippers or thick socks. The flat its self was clean and had plenty of linen and towels, comfy beds and quiet. The neighbour hood was lovely, lots of cafes/restaurants on the door step, easy access to the metro/ubers or buses. Waking distance to most attractions.

We had such a lovely stay. Excellent location for restaurants and bars and easy access to train stations/metro. The apartment was well looked after and comfortable. The only thing we couldn’t work out was the hot water, pressure seemed low so was a slow flow. Other than that we really can’t complain and would definitely recommend.

Heat worked well. Furnishings were great and decor is very minimalist and cute. Loved the interior design! The front bedroom is very small and there is very little closet space. The toilet room is tiny & the sink was inoperable. The shower & sink worked well. This is good for a short stay of 2-3 days. Very close to shops & restaurants. Close to Rue Montorgueil which has lots of restaurants, boulangeries, epiceries, etc. Fabulous location! Would recommend!

We really loved the location and loved the style and size of the place. It is expensive but better value than a hotel. We travelled with our 2 year old and he was very comfortable in the second room. The apartment is quiet. We had rain during our stay and the amenities in the room made it really challenging to get dry and clean. There was 2 old umbrellas which was good. No dryer, no windows that could be left open/ajar for air flow. There is a clothes airer but unfortunately nothing dried due to the condensation and stuffiness. We were left with no cleaning materials, one dish tablet and no washing machine tablets. And an empty dishwashing liquid and one roll of toilet paper. We stayed for a week so had to buy all these necessities ourselves which for the cost of the room I felt this was a let down and should have been provided for basic hygiene practices. I would recommend this place but hope others are better looked after with home comforts

The location is central and on a street with a convenience store and restaurants. We felt very safe as there were two entrance gates to get through to get inside the complex. Highly recommended for a young family.

The location of this listing is unbeatable, but the management company is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Do not expect any flexibility at check in or check out time, or any timely responsiveness to any of your questions (it took them more than 24 hrs to respond to our messages). More importantly, if having AC (or any amenity for that matter) is important to you, I’d get confirmation in writing that it in fact exists and is installed and working- we arrived and the AC was nowhere to be found because it was not installed. It took them 24 hours to respond to our first message about this and their solution was to have us install it or for them to install it on the last day of our stay. Completely unacceptable. This is run as a business & it feels that way. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed for a few nights in June 2024 and the apartment is in a great location to see the sites and near many great restaurants and cafes. The beds were very comfortable and the size of the apartment was perfect for our party of 3 and could probably accommodate 5 adults if you don’t mind being a little cozy. The door handle getting into the apartment is a little tricky but once you figure it out it’s not an issue. The check in instructions are sent to you before your arrival but no one was present to show us around the listing. My biggest issues with the apartment were the lack of adequate toilet paper (2/3 of a roll for 3 people?), no paper towels or napkins and the check-in time of 5pm (clearly outlined in their listing but should be earlier) without the option to store your luggage. The toilet is also extremely tight, if you’re over 6 feet tall it might be a struggle to sit on the toilet. Overall I would recommend the listing and would stay again if I were back in Paris.
