Voici un appartement magnifique idéalement situé dans le coeur historique de Paris, entre Le louvre, Palais Royal et Opera Garnier. Cet emplacement exceptionnel permet de se promener facilement partout dans Paris et d'acceder à tous les centres d'intérêts aisément. L'appartement est situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble charmant. Il a été complètement rénové et décoré par un passionné d'arts, avec un raffinement rarement proposé. Nous avons eu le coup de foudre pour la qualité et le caractère de ce nid parisien qui vous enthousiasmera aussi lorsque vous le découvrirez! Après avoir utilisé les 2 codes de sécurité indispensables pour ouvrir les portes d'accès à l'immeuble et à l'appartement, vous accédez à une première entrée (qui donne aussi accès à la buanderie), puis à l'appartement lui-même. Un petit couloir dessert les WC séparés, une salle de bain, la cuisine entièrement équipée, et mène enfin à un magnifique salon offrant un formidable volume et une grande luminosité. L'appartement propose une grande chambre ouverte sur le salon par 2 portes coulissantes et qui possède sa propre salle de douche. Il y a une seconde chambre plus intimiste et très cosy. Un canapé lit confortable en cuir permet d'accueillir 2 autres adultes, ce qui porte à 6 personnes la capacité de l'appartement. L'ensemble est très agréablement décoré dans des tons apaisants, avec une harmonie de meubles modernes et anciens. Les équipements sont de grandes qualités, comme les lits qui équipent aussi les meilleurs hôtels parisiens ou les fenêtres à l'isolation phonique remarquable. Chauffage au gaz, internet illimité. Une très chicSuites.

Great location. Walkable to major sites and a lot of cafes and restaurants.
Negative:
Very very noisy outside during days and nights. Staff is not responsive at all at any stage. Does not have any forks or spoons. Check in time is very late and check out is relatively early. You need to fully clean the whole place before checking out, and the host keeps sending automatic messages about making you pay deposit if you don’t do so (this is the only thing they do. They don’t reply my messages and ignored my request for invoices)

パリの中心部であるのにも関わらず静かで、治安が良い印象を受けました。室内装飾はインテリア雑誌に負けない美しさで、このアパートのオーナーさんの審美眼に敬服しました。我々は３人の友人グループだったので、ベッドが３つのこのアパートは理想的でした。ソファーベッドは自分で引き出すのですが、使用方法が絵で説明してあり、ふとんや枕はクローゼットにあり、準備は簡単、寝心地も上々です。付近の他のアパートと比較すれば格安なので、スタッフとのコミュニケーションに自信のある方ならお勧めします。

ここの予約はキャンセル不可なので、海外からの予約はリスクが大きくためらいます。またデポジットの額や、その支払い方が複雑なのが後から分かり、予約したことを後悔したほどです。チェックインが１７時と異常に遅く、またチェックアウトは１０時と異常に早いです。チェックアウト前に自分で掃除することや、ゴミを出すことなど、ルールは結構厳しく、破った場合デポジットから罰金を引くなど、うんざりする長文が送られてきます。チェックアウトの時間前にはスタッフが来て、こちらをサポートするでもなくチェックしていました。もし様々な条件が改善しなければ、リピートはありません。しかし、物件は大変魅力的です。

Great Parisian apartment in Central Paris

Great location very close to the Louvre and The Opera House District shopping. Lovely old Parisian building and apartment that was clean and tidy and well appointed and good value for money. Suited 3 adults very well as both bedrooms were good size and so was the living area. Both bathrooms were very clean (although only 1 separate toilet). Lovely to be in the heart of a busy neighbourhood with a great patisserie down the road and many asian eateries.

I know we were in Paris but... No air conditioning... wasn't too bad for us but it was only 20C outside and the apartment still got quite hot especially at night... wouldn't like to stay there in the middle of summer. No sharp knives or bottle opener but dishwasher and washing machine were fabulous. Stairs quite steep (1st floor) if you have heavy luggage - this is to be expected in central Paris.

There was only one toilet which made it challenging for a family of 6. There were only a couple of fans-that were very dusty and did not work well-and it was blistering hot. We all had trouble sleeping and being comfortable. I would highly recommend never staying in this apartment if it is hot outside. I’m sure it’s quite lovely if it isn’t hot!!

There was nothing to dislike. We had a problem gaining access initially but that proved to be my fault. An email had been sent giving very clear instructions, but I hadn't seen it. I spent about an hour trying to contact the hosts but it all worked out well in the end.

My family of four stayed here for three days. Overall we were very uncomfortable here. Fortunately, we were out of the apartment most of the day to explore the city. Our primary problem was the apartment smelled like sewage. We believed the odor was coming up through one of the showers and we did our best to keep that door closed. Unfortunately, the odor permeated the kitchen and the idea of using the kitchen was nauseating. Some other things to note. The listing marked as having an elevator, yet our check in email told us not to use it. The apartment advertised having two bathrooms, it had two showers, but only one toilet.
The apartment was very hot and did not have good air flow. A couple fans were provided, but they did not cool the space adequately. We opened the window to try to cool the apartment down. This helped, but the street below is very lou making it difficult to relax or sleep.
We were very uncomfortable here. I would not recommend or stay again.

The main bedroom is separated from the rest of the place with a half wall. It is humid. The kitchen is extremely small. After got there the owner kept sending us a personal link to send a security deposit that did not go through with our credit cards, as a precaution for fraud.

Tiene 2 duchas el dpto pero solo 1 nodoro. Solo proveen 1 bolsa de basura, 2 papeles higiénicos y jabon para dl lavaplatos y tocador . No proveen jabon para lavarropas. La pared que divide el cuanto ppal del living no llega hasta el techo

Nice location. Host was responsive. We got locked out one day. But host got us in right away. Negatives are wife password was changed 3 out of 5 days we were there. Host maintained that no one changed it. But the new password they gave us had an uppercase letter, when the original one did not have some. So, clearly password was changed. We needed wifi for my kid to do homework and I had to use my phone’s data as a hotspot. Also, they claimed there’s an elevator. But when we got there, we were told not to use it. Lastly, I asked for more toilet paper. But hot told us no, the provided enough. If we wanted more, we needed to go buy it ourselves. I’m giving 4 stars because the host was responsive when we got locked out. Otherwise, this would’ve been a two or three stars.

It had two good showers but only one toilet. I would highly recommend the place. We had 6 people there and it was very comfortable and close to lots of Asian restaurants and only a walk to the louvre.

Negativ aufgefallen ist mir, dass wir für 3 Nächte nur 1 Set Handtücher bekommen haben und wir auch auf Nachfrage hin keine frischen bekommen haben sowie uns selbst Toilettenpapier kaufen mussten.

이 숙소의 위치는 남쪽으로는 루브르 박물관을 북쪽으로는 오페라역을 걸어서 갈 수 있는 훌륭한 위치여서 관광은 물론이고 공항으로 이동도 편리합니다.
주변에는 아시아 식당과 마트가 많이 있습니다. 물론 가까운 곳에 monoprix 도 있어서 편리합니다.
식당에 줄을 길게 선 사람들이 그 식당의 품질을 이야기해줍니다. (저녁에 아주 조금 간간히 소란스러울 수는 있습니다.)
저는 가급적 작은 문제점은 공개적으로 거론하지 않지만 아래의 두 가지는 조금 유의하여 이 숙박을 결정할 것을 조언합니다.
1. 이 숙소는 하나의 공간에 나무 벽을 설치해 2개의 독채로 만든 구조입니다. 그래서 작은 방과 맞닿은 벽에서 반대편으로부터 오는 소음이 숙면을 방해할 수 있습니다. 늦은 밤에는 소곤소곤 거리는 소리도 잘 들립니다.
2. 변기는 1개 이며, 샤워실은 2곳입니다. 그리고 하수구 냄새가 심합니다. 이것은 파리 시의 오래된 시설 때문이라고 생각하고 싶지만 견디기 어렵습니다. (저는 이것도 여행의 일부라 생각하고 그냥 썼습니다. 아이들은 설득하는 것은 어려웠지만 말입니다.)
이 숙소의 호스트는 적절하게 친절하며, 아주 신속하지는 않지만 늦지 않을 정도의 속도로 대응해줍니다.
저는 파리로 다시 여행할 경우 이 숙소를 다시 고려할 것입니다.
Great apartment in a safe and cool area

Beautiful, traditional Parisian apartment. High ceilings, big windows and very tastefully decorated. The area was great - we could walk easily to Louvre, Marais etc. very safe and fun restaurants on your doorstep.

They provided an early check-in option. The apartment is beautifully furnished with a fairytale-like ambiance, ideal for 4 people with 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet available. While it can accommodate 6 people, it would diminish the enjoyment of the communal living space. The location is excellent, especially for first-time visitors to Paris interested in classic museums and iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, as it's in the heart of all major attractions. There was ample hot water and clean towels provided. We didn't have any heating issues in February. The WiFi worked perfectly.
Negative:
However, on our last night, a noisy group moved into the adjacent split apartment, which was disruptive. The surroundings are surrounded by Asian restaurants, and it gets crowded during weekday lunch hours. Despite paying a cleaning fee upon check-out, they expect guests to take out their trash before leaving.

El departamento era precioso, bien decorado y muy limpio. Estaba en un barrio lindo, lleno de cafés, tiendas, pequeños mercados, entre otros. Tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta. Estaba muy cerca de estaciones del metro, del Museo del Louvre y del Teatro Ópera. El lugar era tranquilo y muy seguro. Volvería sin pensarlo dos veces. Perfecto para una familia con hijos adolescentes como los nuestros.
El acceso es con claves en varias puertas pero muy fácil y seguro.

Facile à trouver et les instructions étaient suffisantes pour une arrivée et sortie autonome.

Una lástima, el departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, pero tuvimos problemas.
Pagamos 3 noches. Para la segunda noche ya tuvimls que irnos por un problema de electricidad. Hacía frío, era viernes por la noche y eramos 6 personas. Tuvimos que esperar más de dos horas fuera, ya era de noche, y finalmente nos desalojaron del departamento. Tuvimos que ir a buscar un hotel en esas condiciones.
Tardaron días en hacer reembolso y lamentablemente el reembolso hecho tampoco fue el que esperábamos.
