L'agence Locastay vous propose un magnifique appartement de 2 chambres à louer parfaitement situé au cœur de Paris, à côté de La Comédie Française, du musée du Louvre et de l'Opéra Garnier.
Cette situation centrale vous permet de profiter de Paris à pied ou en utilisant les différents et très pratiques transports en commun du quartier. Cet appartement est situé au premier étage sur une cour calme d'un immeuble de charme. Après avoir utilisé les 2 codes de sécurité nécessaires pour ouvrir les portes d'accès à l'immeuble et à l'appartement, vous entrerez dans une première pièce qui a également accès à la buanderie. Le lave-linge/sèche-linge est partagé avec l'autre appartement voisin. Cet appartement en duplex offre un séjour très spacieux avec 3 grandes fenêtres offrant de la luminosité.
Séjour confortable avec un canapé convertible, cuisine entièrement équipée offrant un lave-vaisselle, un four, une plaque à induction, un coin repas avec une grande table ronde pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, une salle de bain et des toilettes séparées. Un escalier donne accès aux chambres à l'étage. Soyez prévenu : la hauteur sous plafond est de 1,85 mètre (5 pieds 10 pouces) dans les deux chambres et la salle de bain à l'étage. La première chambre s'ouvre sur le salon et offre une salle de bain. La deuxième chambre offre également une literie de très haute qualité. L'ensemble est très agréablement décoré dans un esprit moderne avec des équipements de qualité, comme les lits ou les fenêtres à l'isolation phonique remarquable.
L'appartement dispose du chauffage au gaz et d'un accès internet illimité. Un appartement de vacances parfait au coeur de la ville lumière !

Excelente, por no decir, inmejorable ubicación.

Tiene solo un water, el dpto es para 6 personas pero tiene solo 1 water y 2 duchas.
El baño de water es minúsculo y su lavamanos es aún más pequeño, lavarse las manos tiene como consecuencia dejar todo mojado.
No tiene A/C, si vas en verano el calor podría ser insoportable

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido profundamente decepcionante y la información ofrecida omite características de vital importancia para su habitabilidad.
El principal problema es estructural, la planta superior tiene los techos excesivamente bajos y hay que agachar la cabeza para acceder al dormitorio. El techo de la una de las habitaciones era bajo y claustrofóbico, acabé con dolor de cervicales. No es cuestión estética afecta a la comodidad y habitabilidad del espacio.
La distribución del baño resulta absurda e impropia de un alojamiento de este precio. El inodoro se encuentra en la planta baja y las habitaciones en la planta superior. En la planta superior solo una habitación tiene baño equipado SÓLO con ducha y lavabo, sin wc. Esto obliga a bajar la escalera constantemente cada vez que se necesita usar el wc, algo muy muy muy incómodo durante la noche.
A esto se le suma la ABSOLUTA ausencia de armarios para guardar la ropa en los dormitorios y tener que dejar las prendas sobre sofás o barandilla de la habitación, algo impropio por el pago de 1500€ por 4 noches y después de realizar el pago te piden fianza de 500€.
Otro aspecto que me generó enorme desconfianza sobre la limpieza fue el nivel de exigencia respecto a la lumirzs al abandonar el alojamiento. Obligación de bajar la basura a la calle y de fregar toda la vajilla. No es el hecho de colaborar lo que molesta, sino la inquietud lógica sobre los estándares reales de higiene.
Si la vajilla depende exclusivamente de que el huésped anterior la friegue,
sin garantía de lavado en lavavajillas a alta temperatura resulta imposible tener seguridad sanitaria sobre platos, vasos o cubiertos utilizados por otras personas.
Para colmo de la incomodidad no ofrecen solución alguna para dejar las maletas tras el check out a las 10:00,
algo especialmente problemático cuando se coge un vuelo más tarde.
En resumen: caro, incómodo, mal distribuido, sin armarios, con vajilla de dudosa limpieza.

Some things about this apartment are absolutely wonderful. Some things about this apartment simply do not work. The location is fantastic. Close to the Louvre museum and major transportation. Could not be better. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is a ton of natural light from the big windows. They use Damana soap which I absolutely love in the bathrooms.
The biggest drawback is there is only one toilet in the apartment and it is downstairs. There is a spiral uneven staircase that divides the two floors and having only one toilet downstairs means that people have to go on that crazy staircase at night trying not to hit their heads down to use the toilet in the middle of the night. I was constantly worried about my kids falling in the night on those stairs. Apart from the room with a toilet downstairs there is also a bathroom with only a shower downstairs. However that smelled so intensely bad that we had to keep that door closed to the entire time we were there.

Apartamento acolhedor e amplo (2 camas e um sofá-cama confortáveis), com cozinha equipada com o essencial (excepto panos de louça que só tinha um).
Com bastantes tomadas elétricas.
Funcionários sempre disponíveis (via mensagens booking). LImpeza boa, no geral.

Apenas um quarto individualizado e uma casa de banho com sanita. Para estadias familiares prolongadas (a minha foi de 7 dias e para seis pessoas), gostaria que aprovisionassem mais toalhas, papel higiénico, panos de louça e sacos do lixo (apenas aprovisionaram 1 toalha de banho por pessoa e 1 toalha comum por banheiro e sentimos necessidade de as colocar a lavar, o que se torna um transtorno para quem está de férias).
O duche do piso superior é isolado com cortina em vez de vidro.

- during our stay were issues with TV channles and WiFi internet access - it was temporary issue from internet provider as i understood.
- was a surprise a day before check in to find out that we should collect the trash and place into the trash containers (actually, was not a problem with this requirement, just fact that it were not mentioned all the requirements into description before booking, but only after all payment have been done).

Posizione centralissima. L’appartamento rispecchiava esattamente la descrizione. Pulito, accogliente, disponeva di tutti i confort utili per un viaggio di famiglia.
Le informazioni per accedere erano chiarissime e il personale è stato super disponibile nei nostri confronti oltre a rispondere in maniera veloce (anche in orari poco consoni).
Io e la nostra famiglia siamo stati davvero benissimo, sicuramente torneremo qui nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Parigi e lo consiglieremo!

The check-in process was very easy, and the location is super convenient. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the sofa bed was easy to set up. Even in the heat of summer, the apartment stayed cool enough with the fans.

There is a shower on each floor, but there is only one toilet on the main floor, so people staying in the two bedrooms have to go down the stairs to use the bathroom. It would be helpful to have a hanger for a hand towel in the toilet as well.

Had a great stay at Moliere ChicSuites. The location was perfect -- easy walking distance to the Louvre and Tuileries Garden. We were okay walking even further to Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower as well. Lots of restaurants nearby, and we used the G7 app for taxis. The only downside is that we were in Paris during a heatwave and it was hot! The fans helped, but not much else to be done. The fridge is a small fridge with a small freezer compartment.

La ubicación es excelente. A dos cuadras de la Av de la Opera y a 3 del Louvre y del subte. Entrar fue un poco complicado porque no estaba bien explicado cómo obtener las llaves. Si bien la publicación muestra un ascensor, éste no puede utilizarse. Lo más preocupante es que éramos 4 personas y el depto tiene un solo inodoro. la limpieza es muy buena y está equipado. Nosotros no tuvimos ni frío ni calor, pero... no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador y sí hay estufas eléctricas.

The location is amazing, about 7 minutes away from the Louvre Museum! There is also a Carrefour express at a 2 minute walk which was very helpful. Also, the beds were really comfortable, and overall the apartment is really tidy. The staff is also really nice and responds fast to try to come up with solutions everytime you need help.

Segundo: a falta de vidro no box de chuveiro talvez um investimento nesse sentido seria necessário...

O mezanino e sala são silenciosos, pois estão voltados para o interno do prédio e mesmo assim tem janelas grandes, sendo bem iluminados.

A acomodação não tem 2 quartos e sim 1, o outro é uma cama no mezanino que dá para a sala. Assim como não tem 2 banheiros e sim somente 1 vaso sanitário que fica no lavabo. Os outros 2 são somente chuveiros. O chuveiro alaga durante o banho.
Falta um corrimão na escada que acessa o quarto e o mezanino. O quarto é voltado para a rua, que é bastante movimentada, a janela não veda barulho nem luz.
No anúncio diz que andares são acessíveis por elevador, mas quando chega recebe uma mensagem da administradora dizendo que não é permitido usar elevador.
Check-in disponível só a partir das 17h. Para quem chega cedo na cidade não faz nenhum sentido, principalmente se estiver vindo de voo longo e precisar descansar. Não tem lugar disponível nem para deixar a mala e a comunicação com a administração é praticamente inexistente.

We were advised on arrival that we weren’t allowed to use the lift so had to drag large suitcases up a flight of stairs.
It was advertised as 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, when in fact it was 2 bedroom, 2 shower rooms and 1 toilet
One shower room was ensuite while the other one and toilet were downstairs. Meaning trips in the night were tricky as the bedrooms were up an old spiral staircase.
The bedrooms were very hot and made for an unpleasant nights sleep, if you opened the windows the street was very noisy.
Also all that was provided were 2 very small vials of shower gel, no soap for the sinks and no shampoo.
Also due to its age the doorways were low, so not good for tall people.

Apartment is more suited to 4 people over long periods. As only two fans were provided for three rooms, and as such one room was very hot to sleep in (peak summer). We were a group of 6 staying for 6 nights, and found minimal toilet rolls/towels were provided for the size of group and length of stay.

El apartamento es espacioso y luminoso y está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos de la ópera Garnier y a 10 minutos del Louvre. Tiene varias paradas de metro de cerca y la estación de tren para ir a Disney.
Estuvimos 6 chicas alojadas durante 6 noches y estuvimos muy cómodas. Repetiríamos!

Aunque lo dicen muchos comentarios, me gustaría también hacer una aclaración. El apartamento está dividido en dos plantas. En el piso de abajo hay un aseo con wc, la sala con cocina donde está el sofá cama y un baño que sólo tiene ducha y lavabo. En el piso de arriba, dos habitaciones, una de ellas con un baño donde sólo hay ducha y lavabo. Luego solo hay un wc en el piso de abajo. Para nosotras no fue un problema, pero tenganlo en cuenta.
Las escaleras de acceso al primer piso son muy estrechas y el acceso a una de las habitaciones es muy bajo. Yo mido 1'67cm y el primer día me dí un coscorrón contra el marco. Abstenerse personas altas. No obstante, para nosotras no fue ningún problema.

Because the location was so good, we haven't used so much the metro. The apartment looks smaller in reality, but it is cozy, beds are comfortable.

ロケーションが大変よく、スーパーマーケット、レストラン、駅、美術館などの施設が近距離にあり大変便利。
この場所を拠点にすると良いと思います。
ホテルに長く滞在するとそれなりの金額になりますが、時間を自由に使いたい、自炊は大丈夫なら大変お勧めです。
ごみの捨て場所はビル共有部分1階のエレベータ横のドア内にあります。事前にパリの分別方法を調べて下さい。
室内も大変清潔で使い勝手も良くもう一度利用したいと思います。パリのマンションに住んでいる気分になります。

繁華街のため道路側が多少うるさいですが、夜遅くになれば静かになり問題ありません。
EUの国ではありがちですが、螺旋階段など階段が狭く大型のキャリーケースを運ぶには大変です。
これもありがちですが物凄く古いエレベータがありましたが、人ひとり分しか乗れません。Informationにエレベータは使用しないよう書かれています。下手すると出れなくなります。

I mean, for the money your paying for the location. It’s a moderately good place to be. You’re right in the middle of the Asian neighborhood, so lots of great options for sushi, ramen, bulgogi, boba, etc.
My gripes were with the check in time - 5pm - and the fact that we were only given one set of towels and a few rolls of toilet paper. When I asked for more, we were told to purchase it ourselves. We were told the same for trash bags.
For the money we paid, I expect to be provided basic amenities like toilet paper, detergent for the washing machine provided, and dish soap in the sink. Of which we did not have any because the soap bottle was empty with water inside to collect the remaining soap.
The soap bars provided for the bathrooms were so thin I thought we’d have to buy bar soap as well.
My impression was that all the amenities provided, save the towels, were bought and obviously left by previous guests and that’s just tacky. Provide for your future guests, please.

Very good location, but impractical and smelly toilet and low ceiling.

The location of the toilet is at the entrance of the apartment whereas the bedrooms are on the upstairs which is very impractical. Also, the bathroom and the seperate toilet which are on the ground floor don't have any ventilation, the bathroom on the upstairs have a dusty functionless ventilation grill. Thus, there is always damp in the bathrooms and very bad smell in the toilet.
The stairs is very narrow and low, and the ceiling of one of the bedrooms on upstairs is also very low, about 1.80 meters.

Great location, close proximity to Pyramides train station. Unfortunately the weather was hot and the apartment was not equipped to cope with the heat. A request for a tea towel was made and we were advised that they had “run out of stock” but one was delivered the day after the request was made. Only 3 small rolls of toilet paper were provided for 3 people for 4 days. When requesting more, was told that only 3 were provided as part of the “welcome pack”. We were unable to work out how to use the tv, it appeared that the remote control wasn’t working. We tried swapping batteries from the other remote controls but that didn’t work either.
