Cet appartement est très proche de la gare centrale (distance à pied). Le stationnement est difficile le long des canaux. Le mieux est d’utiliser le système de Park & Ride d’Amsterdam.

Das " blaue" Zimmer ist nach hinten raus und super ruhig, man denkt nicht, dass man in der Großstadt ist!
Negative:
Das Dach konnte nicht mehr betreten werden, Fenster nur einfach verglast und bei Regen und Sturm nicht ganz dicht. Bad sehr eng und die Treppe nach oben ist wirklich seeeeehr steil- dessen muss man sich bewusst sein.
Wer Gleichgewichtsprobleme hat muss wissen, dass das gesamte Zimmer wirklich schräg und abfallend ist.

I stayed at this place for 3 nights and am delighted with the experience. The host welcomed me and showed me round, carrying my suitcase up the steep stairs (typical for old Dutch houses, and part of their charm!). Everything was as described, it was very quiet, and the bed is superbly comfortable. Be aware the toilet is down a flight of stairs, but these are well lit, so it's no problem. The location is brilliant, in the heart of historical A'dam. The host is welcoming and lovely. Thanks for a great stay! Recommended. :-)

Die Lage des Airbnbs ist phenomenal, vorallem für kurze Aufenthalte in der Stadt. Es befindet sich in Laufnähe zu den belebten Straßen mit verschiedensten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und ist dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das gemietete Zimmer war angenehm warm beheizt und Bettzeug und Handtücher wurden mehr als ausreichend gestellt. Die Küche und der Kühlschrank waren eher schmutzig ebenso die Lappen zur Reinigung von Geschirr etc. Auch das Badezimmer hatte einen etwas modrigen Geruch. Im Zimmer gab es zudem nur eine sehr gedimmte Lampe. Außerdem empfanden wir den Empfang als etwas sonderbar da uns zur Begrüßung ausschweifend erzählt wurde wie leicht die Polizei es habe Gäste aus den Räumlichkeiten zu entfernen, in welchen Ecken des Hauses sich Besucher bereits übergeben hätten und wo Personen verunglückt wären und weitere wohl präventiv gedachte Geschichten zur Drogenthematik. Auch wenn die Absicht des Hosts verständlich ist schien mir die Umsetzung mehr als fragwürdig.

Das Airbnb ist gemütlich, aber es fehlte ein Handtuch neben dem Spülbecken und die Sauberkeit liess etwas zu wünschen übrig.

La camera era caldissima e l'aria condizionata davvero rumorosa, quindi la notte era impossibile tenerla accesa, si apre solo una finestra di poco, l'altra è bloccata.
Non ci sono luci accanto al letto ma solo una centrale che fa molto poco.
Mettersi le lenti a contatto è una vera impresa.
Le scale inoltre sono davvero pericolose, io stessa ho rischiato di rompermi l'osso del collo.
La cucina è inutilizzabile, per Legge ci è stato detto. Comunque è piccola e non ci sono né tavolo né sedie.
Dal frigo in comune sparisce pure il cibo.
Il bagno è minuscolo e la toilette è collegata alla doccia ed molto scomodo.
Perché se qualcuno si sta facendo la doccia non si può usare il bagno.
Ci sono sicuramente posti migliori di questo.

Nous n’avons eu qu’un jeu de serviette pour deux, les escaliers pour monter à la chambre sous les toits sont très raides et les marches très étroites, la propreté est moyenne, pas mal de poussière sur les meubles, et le tapis de bain dans la salle de bain commune n’est pas propre, la climatisation un gros bloc dans la chambre est extrêmement bruyante, on entend tout tout à travers les murs en particulier les conversations téléphoniques de notre hôte après 22 h alors qu’il est inscrit dans la chambre de ne pas faire de bruit après 22 h… cependant le logement est bien placé mais ça reste très cher pour ce que c’est à mon sens. Pour accéder aux toilettes il faut descendre 2 étages et en pleine nuit c’est un problème pour certains.es. Logement vieillot à rafraîchir.

We had a wonderful time! The room we were in was in a loft type location, with a very steep ladder style access to our room. The coffee machine was broken unfortunately so we went out for our morning coffee. The room was clean, and our host was very attentive. There is one other room in the same building that we shared the bathroom with, which was not an issue for us. We would stay here again!

Il faudrait peut-être juste mettre un cal sous le lit pour équilibrer ainsi que rafraichir un peu la salle de bain, mais tout le reste était impeccable! Lot est gentil et accueillant, nous avons passé un agréable séjour! Nous recommandons ;)

l'emplacement est au coeur des canaux d'Amsterdam dans le quartier de Jordan ce qui permet de faire presque tout à pied.

Our host, Lot, was welcoming and helpful. He also ran the restaurant next door which was convenient and excellent for dinner. Unfortunately breakfast is not included at this B&B but tea and coffee were provided and kitchen facilities were good. Our room was characterful, comfortable and quiet and the location is very central, easy to walk everywhere.

Overall this was a great place! Lot was super helpful and responded quickly to everything! He made check in super easy as well and gave a tour of the whole place! The room was nice and had a cute little window! The room was spacious and had a sink in it which was nice. The bathroom was downstairs and the stairs were very steep. If that is not doable I wouldn’t recommend the place. However, for anyone who doesn’t mind the steps then I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Would stay again next time I’m back in Amsterdam!

We loved our stay in Amsterdam! The location was perfect for us - so beautiful to be right by the canals while also in such a peaceful place. The room was comfortable and we really enjoyed the outdoor area where we had our coffee each morning. We had the place nearly to ourselves, and staying here made our experience in Amsterdam really special. As other reviews said the stairs are steep, and going down a flight to the bathroom/kitchen was a little challenging - but we think it was really worth it! Our host was thoughtful and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

This place has an incredible location. That is absolutely a huge selling point. It is a great place to stay for a night or two. The shared bathroom wasn’t a problem but the bathroom itself was a bit mildewy and the towels didn’t smell very good. The host was absolutely lovely and the room was nice! The balcony was really enjoyable. There is also a sink in the room which is convenient. Very steep stairs but we were able to get our giant suitcases up and down no problem, just challenging.

Exceeded my expectations, the location, host, and facilities are all wonderful!
Positive:
Our personal room had it's own sink, so we didn't have to use the shared bathroom to brush teeth, wash face, etc. The shared facilities (bathroom, kitchen, laundry) were good quality and exceeded my expectations. The host was very friendly and showed us around and chatted with us for a while.

The laundry wasn't super user-friendly, but we figured it out! :)

This place is absolutely amazing. It’s in the perfect place so you can walk to all of the main destinations but also it’s quiet at night time. The host, Lot, is incredible. Lots of local history and recommendations of what to do and eat. I would love to stay here time and time again. Very affordable and exactly as described. Cannot wait to come to Amsterdam again.

I stayed at this property for 3 days and enjoyed it and Amsterdam thoroughly. The host was very helpful and open. I had no issues with anything at the property. The area is very nice and quite at night. Only possible downside could be for people with mobility issues as the staircases are very narrow and steep. As long as you're aware of that, I recommend this place.

Two very steep and narrow flights of stairs; room is upstairs, bathroom downstairs. Old building, hence not the most functional bathroom - we couldn't find the trick to make the tap work so washed our hands in the kitchen. ;)
