Les croisières sur les canaux sont une excellente façon de découvrir la ville sous un angle unique.
Bienvenue dans une ville de tolérance et de diversité. Elle allie une culture riche, une vie nocturne palpitante, des restaurants internationaux, et un bon réseau de transport tout en restant relativement calme en termes de circulation routière. À Amsterdam, tout est à portée de main !
## Transit
En tant que capitale, la ville est facilement accessible depuis l’aéroport de Schiphol et se parcourt aisément en transports en commun. Les trains, bus et trams vous emmèneront efficacement à destination. Pour les petites distances et une expérience locale, rien de tel qu’un vélo !
Si vous souhaitez visiter d’autres villes et sites, les transports en commun sont généralement très pratiques, selon vos plans. Nous vous fournirons un site utile pour planifier vos itinéraires.
L’appartement est à quelques pas de la gare centrale. Le stationnement le long des canaux est difficile ; nous recommandons d’utiliser le Park & Ride d’Amsterdam.

What an awesome Location it’s in my favorite neighborhood called Jordan walking distance to everything in Amsterdam. Very clean spacious room and the washer and dryer Is a plus to have the Host Lot was . He owns a Moroccan restaurant downstair and the food was the best! Overall at 10 out of 10 for me.

A partire dall’accoglienza dell’host (personaggio molto strano, ci ha fatto sentire in imbarazzo, quasi paura con il modo di fare), la stanza era completamente diversa dall’alloggio selezionato tramite Booking, e cosa ben peggiore era sporchissima (polvere, capelli e peli sulle superfici comprese le persiane, polverosisssime e con manate di altre persone 🤢 😰) le finestre non si potevano aprire.
La zona bagno condiviso da film dell’orrore, dove funzionava solo la lampadina sopra il water, mentre nella zona doccia/porta asciugamani si sta al buio.
In generale l’abbiamo considerata una truffa legalizzata 585€ per due notti in questo posto davvero tenuto malissimo. Sconsigliatissimo, anche per i più temerari!

Öncelikle ev sahibimizin bizimle kalacağını airbnb’nin hiçbir yerinde okumadık. Daha önce de airbnb’den kiralama yaptığımda EV olarak kiralama yapıyordum. Burayı da fotoğraflarının tertemiz ve özenli olduğu için EV sandım ancak odanın gösterildiği gibi asla değildi, bakıma ihtiyacı vardı ve sadece küçücük bir oda kiralamıştık. Banyo ve tuvalet çok kötü durumda olmasının yanında kirliydi ve ortak kullanıma sahipti. Evde bizim dışımızda misafirler olabilir ancak ev sahibiyle kalacağımızı düşünmemiştik, yine de konum ile ev sahibinin yardımcı oluşunu olumlu sayabiliriz ancak haricindeki hiçbir şey söylendiği gibi ya da fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi kesinlikle değildi. Nevresimler kokuyordu, odanın içinde ve banyoda kıllar vardı, klozetin içerisi tamamen kireç tutmuş ve sap sarıydı, sokaktan gelen geçen herkesin sesi doğrudan evin içine giriyordu çünkü yalıtım ile ilgili ciddi sorunlar vardı. Jaluziler çalışmıyor, camlar açılmıyordu, evi havalandıramadık bile. Kısaca çok kötü bir deneyim

Y las habitaciones de arriba al ser de madera el suelo el ruido era insoportable no se podía dormir.

A casa tem localização excelente, ideal para explorar Amsterdã a pé. É uma construção antiga de madeira, com fachada reformada, o que dá um certo charme ao local.
Por dentro, o espaço é bem estreito — escadas, corredores, banheiro e até o teto são baixos. A escada de acesso estava bastante suja, e a limpeza geral do quarto poderia ser melhor. A iluminação é fraca e o quarto é menos arejado do que aparenta nas fotos. Além disso, os móveis estão dispostos de forma diferente do anunciado.
Por outro lado, o colchão, o chuveiro e o aquecedor funcionam bem, o que garantiu algum conforto durante a estadia. O anfitrião foi simpático e flexível no check-in. Não utilizamos a cozinha.
No geral, o ponto alto da hospedagem é, sem dúvida, a localização.

L’appartamento a nostro avviso è quasi da considerare al limite dell’indecenza per quanto riguarda igiene, pulizia, manutenzione dell’immobile, cattivo odore di chiuso e muffa. Abbiamo trovato un letto con macchie e numerosi capelli. Le lenzuola fornite erano più di una ma tutte in condizioni pessime, quindi siamo state costrette ad ACQUISTARNE UN PAIO che poi abbiamo dovuto lasciare in appartamento per scarso spazio in valigia. Gli asciugamani, forniti in un pensile della cucina, puzzolenti e non si capisce se sono usati o meno. Non parliamo del bagno, capelli, tappeto di pelo sporco, quasi inagibile. Unica nota positiva l’host è stato disponibile però non dovevamo dormire sulla simpatia ma su un letto igienizzato e pulito. Mi dispiace ma l’esperienza è stata pessima, avevamo l’ansia di tornare in casa a respirare quell’aria consumata. Se scegliete comunque di andare OBBLIGATORIO portare ciabattine per la doccia, lenzuola, federe e asciugamani.

Had a great stay. The location is very hard to beat as you are right in the heart of the Jordaan neighbourhood. The place is kind of a bachelor pad though, needs a new cleaner or something. Didn’t mind though because the host was very friendly and personable, so it was one of my most comfortable stays regardless of the cleanliness. Súper fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto 1 hora tomando solo un autobús ruta 397 pagando con tarjeta. Museo de Van Gogh a 24 minutos caminando, barrio rojo igual. Casi todo es caminar y súper cerca. Nos recibieron como si nos conocieran de siempre. Nos sentimos en casa.

Fuyez ! C'est cher et vraiment pas terrible ! Le principal problème : pas de fenêtres qui ouvrent : impossible d'aérer la chambre (nous avons aéré avec le climatiseur, qui recrachait l'air chaud dans l'escalier !). Ensuite au choix : la salle de bains est une cabine de douche (pas de lavabo pour se brosser les dents) - le propriétaire vit sur place - aucun problème, si ce n'est qu'il met des machines à tourner à 23h..pour un cycle de 3h...
Dernier point sur l'accueil : j'ai tenté de communiquer avec l'hôte dans la semaine : aucune réponse, et la première prise de contact à l'heure de check-in a été : mais vous êtes en avance de 10 minutes. Super ! on était arrivés 5h plus tôt..

Este hospedaje es una casa holandesa tradicional, una experiencia que hay que vivir si se va a Holanda, está muy limpio y cómodo y el anfitrión te procura mantener la habitación templada en temporada de frío! Está muy cerca del centro en un barrio tranquilo. La recomiendo ampliamente yo volvería a alojarme ahí definitivamente.

Cheveux, poils au sol + coussin tâché alors qu’on paye 53€ de frais de ménage c’est une honte. De plus serrure de la chambre pas hyper safe. Logement partagé pour la salle de bain et les toilettes : tout était ok à ce niveau là. La saleté est LE POINT NÉGATIF de la chambre.

Egy barátommal mentünk ketten és olcsón szerettünk volna szállást, amit sikerült is megvalósítanunk. Ár érték arányban szerintem megérte ezt a szállást választanunk. Fontos volt számunkra, hogy lokáció szempontjából jó helyen legyen a lakás. A házigazda nagyon rendes volt, nagyon segítőkész is volt és rengeteget beszélt, de jó értelemben. Ezen kívül szerencsénkre egyedül voltunk a szálláson, így a közös használatú mosdón csak azzal a személlyel kellett osztoznom akivel jöttem. Számomra pozitív élmény volt.

Számunkra az ágy nem volt a legkényelmesebb, bár közre játszhat, hogy ketten feküdtünk barátommal egy olyan francia ágyban, amit pároknak tartanak fent. Továbbá a wc-ben nagyon szűk a hely, így a mosdóhasználat magasabb, vagy szélesebb embereknél problémát okozhat. Továbbá a folyosón, ami a wc-hez vezetett út nem volt világítás (vagy csak nekünk felejtette el megmutatni a házigazda).

If you're looking for authentic Amsterdam lodging, not just another generic hotel room, this will be your place. The room is in an authentic, old house in the historic Jordaan section of town. That means: narrow staircases, squeaky floors and low ceilings. It also means you'll have a one-of-a-kind stay to complete your visit. The restaurant on the ground level is convenient and serves delicious and well prepared meals. The included kitchen is great for light cooking and has a fabulous coffee machine waiting for to produce a tasty morning espresso. The location puts you in the middle of everything and is within walking distance to all the "must see" attractions.
