Cette maison de ville moderne avec jardin privé et piscine peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes. C’est l’escapade idéale pour les familles et les jeunes professionnels qui souhaitent profiter de Sagres et de ses magnifiques plages de surf.
L’hébergement a été rénové en juin 2022 pour offrir une atmosphère chaleureuse et luxueuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Il comprend deux chambres avec deux lits simples chacune (pouvant être rapprochés) et un canapé-lit dans le salon qui se transforme en petit lit double. La cuisine, bien que compacte, est entièrement équipée avec des appareils modernes : plaque à induction 4 feux, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle compact et machine à laver/sèche-linge.
Cerise sur le gâteau, la maison dispose d’un grand jardin privé avec mobilier d’extérieur, barbecue et piscine chauffée (sur demande, moyennant un supplément), avec une option de barrière de sécurité pour les enfants.
➤ Attention ! À partir de septembre 2025, un nouveau terrain sera aménagé derrière notre copropriété. Nous ne disposons pas d'informations précises sur la nature exacte des travaux ni sur les dates exactes. Les perturbations seront minimes la plupart du temps, mais il se peut que des bruits de chantier soient occasionnellement perceptibles et nous tenons à vous en informer dès maintenant.

La maison est située dans un quartier calme à l’entrée de Sagres. À 400 m, vous trouverez un supermarché Intermarché, un restaurant ("Meridian"), un magasin de surf et une boutique de location de vélos. Le centre de Sagres, avec sa pharmacie, son marché, ses boutiques, restaurants, bars et bureau de poste, est à 1000 m.

Plusieurs bus circulent chaque jour vers et depuis Sagres (l’arrêt de bus le plus proche est à 100 m). Toutefois, pour explorer pleinement la région, une voiture de location est recommandée. Une place de parking privée est disponible devant la maison, et des places de stationnement partagées sont également accessibles.

Great stay overall, with excellent service!
We had a very pleasant stay in Sagres. Overall, the accommodation was great, though it didn’t quite match the pictures perfectly. The kitchen equipment could use a bit of a quality upgrade.
It would also have been helpful if it was clearer beforehand that heating the pool comes with an extra charge. However, we decided to pay for it, and it was worth it—the pool was truly well-heated.
The highlights of the property were definitely the beds and the shower, both of which were of high quality and super comfortable.
Lastly, a big plus goes to the host. The communication was excellent; they responded immediately and quickly resolved any minor issues or requests we had. We definitely recommend this place for a nice stay in Sagres

Negative:
Nothing really, maybe the inclusion of some outdoor matting/walkway around the pool. The tiles along the length of the pool were grippy when wet, however the tiles on the rest of the patio were very slippery when wet even though they visually looked the same. This wouldn’t stop me booking again, but we all slipped when exiting the pool the first time.

We were extremely happy with our stay in this house! The location is excellent, very convenient and peaceful at the same time, perfect for enjoying the area and relaxing.
The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for groups, with plenty of room for everyone to feel at ease. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and we really appreciated the attention to detail.
The Host was very friendly and available to help with anything we needed. Communication was smooth and efficient from the moment we booked until the end of our stay, which made the whole experience even better.
It was great to have extra towels available for both the shower and the pool, as well as essential kits for the bathroom and kitchen, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient.
We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Can highly recommend! Very responsive host - before (asked lots of questions), during and after - and they always replied very promptly! We had a situation with a black out electronic blind one eve, I called (number on key, so handy!)) and they sent out a maintenance guy within an hour, impressive!
Very lovely accommodation for a week for a fam w 3 young children, we all loved that the pool was heated and even used the bbq twice, lush! And the SuperMarche (super market) is literally 1 min away in a car or Lidl is 8 mins away in a car. Lovely coastal cliff walks and beaches nearby and would absolutely come back! Was really lovely, spacious, clean, tidy, great lay out and truly had everything you can wish for, we even used the electrical juicer to get freshly squeezed orange juice in the mornings, such a nice touch! And even though I was prepared to buy laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets, previous guests had stocked up plenty including salt, pepper, oils, spices etc! Was ace!
