En revanche, bruit du métro présent car l'appartement situé au premier étage mais également bruit extérieur dû à une mauvaise isolation au niveau des menuiseries.
A notre arrivée nous avons constaté la présence excessive de poussières, d'un nettoyage négligé et de linge de lit peu reluisant. Lacapacité du ballon d'eau chaude est un peu limite pour 3 personnes et il manquerait un micro-ondes.

Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig und in angenehmer Entfernung von den Bahnhöfen Nord und Est. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in fußläufiger Entfernung. Tagsüber ist der Boulevard sehr lebhaft, in der Nacht aber recht ruhig. Der in Paris immer knappe Platz ist gut bemessen.

Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile mit Kochgeschirr, Geschirr und Besteck ist recht knapp bemessen. Der Zustand des Apartments ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr als das.

Good location and size, however it was a bit dirty regarding the bathroom. They only provided like 3 very small rolls of toilet paper for 3 person for a week. We had to buy extra plus hand soap. No small hand towels or detergent either. We were constantly reminded to give them a 5-star review when communicating (checkin and checkout), which felt a bit uncomfortable.

Solo nos faltó un microondas, estamos muy acostumbrados a usarlo y se notó su falta, sería bueno que agregaran uno al departamento. Pero por lo demás todo bien, el departamento nos resultó muy cómodo, muy bien calefaccionado y sin problemas con la temperatura del agua de la ducha.

La peor experiencia. Al dia siguiente de llegar, al salir a pasear cierro CON LLAVES LA PUERTA AL IRME. Al retornar por la noche encuentro la puerta sin llaves y faltante de pertenencias. Reclame urgente y la respuesta fue que lo sentían y que si necesitaba algo les diga. Una vergüenza. Salía todos los días con mis pertenencias de valor por miedo. Alguien entro con llaves (limpieza o quien sea) y se llevo un perfume y cosas de mis niñas. Eso es lo peor estaba con mis hijas de 12 y 14 años.

In bagno, nella doccia di preciso (che al nostro arrivo era senza maniglia) c’è sempre puzza di umido, in giro per la cucina non ci sono stracci o tovagliette per asciugare, c’era una sola teglia rimasta in forno e incrostata quindi inutilizzabile. Inoltre, mancano alcune cose base in cucina come zucchero e olio ad esempio. La posizione dell’alloggio é molto comoda, a pochi passi dalla metro con tre linee che collegato quasi a tutto.

La mattina del secondo giorno di permanenza non arrivava piu acqua calda, abbiamo aspettato le h 17 del pomeriggio per avvisare host che è stato molto confusionario su risoluzione problema.
Ha inviato una sorta di tecnico, senza attrezzi da idraulico alle h 21 per dirci che non funzionava acqua calda e potevamo trovarci in autonomia un hotel...cosa poco facile con bambini alle h 21 e30, senza inviarci alcuno modulo preciso per rimborso.
Invece servizio clienti airbnb è stato molto efficiente e ci ha inviato rimborso x le 2 notti .

Le pedimos dejar el equipaje antes del check in en el lugar y accedió sin problemas. Cómo sugerencias para una mejor experiencia podrían tener 2 ventiladores grandes o aires acondicionados, porque al ser una zona céntrica y en juliobhacer calor, a la noche teníamos que abrir las ventanas para que entre aire fresco, solamente había 1 ventilador pequeño. También no había esponja para lavar la vajilla y un tender para colgar ropa. Por lo demás, el lugar es excelente para vivir una hermosa experiencia en la bella París.

My grandson and his girlfriend in USC sofa bed in the front room, and they said it was little uncomfortable. I was in the bedroom and I was very comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom and toilet area are all very newly renovated. There was a washer dryer, which we use, but I was never able to get it to dry the clothes completely. But it was very hot so it didn’t matter. They dried anyway. There was no skillet to fry eggs with. It would’ve been nice if they had left some washing powder for the washing machine.

Минусы:
1. Некачественно выполнена уборка квартиры. Постель была не поменяна после предыдущих жильцов. Однако эту проблему быстро решили благодаря хозяину дома Hacene.
2. Раковина в ванной комнате засорена, вода очень плохо уходит.
3. Недостаточно посуды на 4 человек. Нет сковородки.

Hacene fue un excelente anfitrión qué nos espero 1 hora ( Pobre hombre) porque tuvimos un problema con la sim del móvil y no podía avisarle que estábamos un poco demorados por el tráfico y después abajo, marcaba el código pero no funcionaba y el estaba esperándonos arriba en el departamento. La verdad fue muy muy amable de su parte, y nos explicó como manejarnos en subte y nos brindó un montón de información muy valiosa. Gracias Hacene!!!!!!. el barrio muy comercial con el arco de Saint Denise en la esquina. el metro a 1 cuadra.

Сервис ужасный. Мы стояли ждали почти 3 часа чтобы нам кто-то открыл дверь. Мы были без еды, воды, уставшие после 7 часов дороги. Мои сообщения с вопросом сколько ещё надо ждать сначала игнорировались, потом мне написали «В Париже много трафика, у меня машина, а не самолет». Хотя при регистрации, я указывала во сколько мы приедем. Но всем всё равно, мы просто простояли на улице 2 часа и 40 минут в ожиданиях. На то что у вас могли бы быть какие-то планы на это время, всем наплевать.

O prédio é sujo e mal conservado. O elevador é pequeno, velho e não funcionou em um dos dias, inclusive a portaria ficou aberta neste dia. Reclamamos e nos disseram que isso não era da competência do proprietário. Buraco de ± 20cm X20cm bem na soleira da portaria. Até tirei foto para registrar, um perigo quebrar o pé
A rua é barulhenta, tem muitos moradores de rua e muitas prostitutas.

En revanche le lave-vaisselle n'a pas été vidé avant notre arrivée et la bonde du lavabo de la salle de bain était vraiment dégoutante...
L'appartement est mal isolé, du coup bruyant côté rue et aussi le tuyau d'évacuation des wc de l'appartement du dessus passe dans la chambre ce qui est très sonore.
Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants donc trop de clarté pour dormir .

There a few little things that we did not like but it is not a big issued for us. They provided only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Our reservation was for 5 days with 4 people. The bathroom does not have a trash can. The sponge for the sink is disgusting. We bought a new one. They only provided small towels. One comforter seemed not be cleaned, it was yellow.

This accommodation has the worst customer service. The host that met at us when we arrived was very rude and shouted at us for being late due to crazy traffic in Paris. Besides that, at the end of the stay, we are being charged $350 for allegedly stained chairs and towels. First they say that we stained 2 chairs, and they held $50 from our secure deposit. Later, they added $300 again for stained chairs and stained towels. $350 for replacing 3 towels and cleaning 2 chairs!!! First, we did not stain any of these things, but because we do not documented the state of things they are not backing out and now it is my problem to go talk to somebody else. Be careful if you choose this stay. If you do so, document the state of all the things inside the house, or otherwise you could be charged for them.

Appartement zit boven 2 Chinese wok restaurants en dat ruik je helaas vrij goed. Wanneer je het licht in de badkamer aan doet gaat de automatische afzuiging aan en ruikt alles naar de Chinees, incl. handdoeken. Niet echt lekker...maar raam open in woonkamer en dan trekt het redelijk weg.

És un apartament petit però al mateix temps funcional. A prop dels punts més importants. L’allotjament es tal qual s’ensenya a les fotos, còmode i pràctic.
Negative:
En el lavabo se sent bastant olor de menjar, segurament degut al restaurant asiàtic que hi ha a baix. Res que no s’arregli amb un bon ambientador 😉

The location was not suitable for travelling families. It was difficult to access, the informatino and codes did not work and it was only making direct contact by phone to a UK phone number did assistance arrive.

Loation was noisy, bedroom 1 only had a small double bed. the pillows were as thin as paper. the unit was very humid with only a small fan to move air around the unit.

La televisión no funcionaba y en otros comentarios ya leí que no funcionaba , eso significa que jamás se preocuparon de arreglarla. Había una balleta que podía estar allí desde hace meses , sucia y gastada, realmente repuñante, tuve que tirar todo y comprar una nueva . El mismo día que entramos contacté con el alojamiento para decir que la televisión no funcionaba y que el apartamento estaba sucio , envié fotos pero simplemente contestaron que lo sentían mucho , no me dieron una solución. Ahora seguramente me contestaran que lo sienten mucho , que quizás necesitaban más pruebas etc.. que sepáis que si tenéis algún problema o reclamación nadie os va a atender . El apartamento no está cuidado , no lo limpian realmente y se nota . Tuve que ponerme a limpiar , porque me daba asco. Claramente no pude usar el horno y la cocina tiene lo justo, no es cómodo. Yo tengo un niño celíaco por eso necesitaba una cocina , envié un correo antes de ir para asegurarme que la cocina estuviese limpia y me aseguraron que si. Es todo una mentira . Me engañaron y no me dieron una solución el mismo día que los contacté. Una decepción y por supuesto falta de seriedad y profesionalidad. No volveré y no lo aconsejo .

the concierge was rude an unprofessional, we were late because of a train delay and he was very rude saying that he was “done” waiting for us that now we will need to wait until he is back, We wait for him 40 min with our luggages in the street, he arrived and continue being rude, throwing the keys on the table and kicking the door… unbelievable… not staying here again. Also, the towels were completely torn, old and bad quality of sheets , definitely not according to what we were paying.

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos cuantos días en París. Se sitúa bastante céntrico con varias líneas de metro a escasos 100 metros, varias franquicias de restauración conocidas a poco más de 150 metros y bastante variedad de restaurantes, varias tiendas de ultramarinos y supermercados también cerca. Estás a escasos 20 minutos andando del Louvre. El
mobiliario está bastante completo con: horno, fogones, lavavajillas, lavadora, plancha, mesa para 4, sofá cama y cama familiar.
Negative:
Leo varias reseñas de que el apartamento olía a comida, y salvo un par de determinados momentos el baño el resto no, debido al horario de cocina del restaurante asiático que se sitúa debajo. La limpieza del suelo podría mejorar (algo se polvo en las esquinas) pero es cierto que después las sábanas y las toallas estaban en perfecto estado, baño limpio y cocina limpia. Detalles que nos pasaron a nosotros: mando de la televisión sin batería (no pasa nada que no vamos a ver la tele pero son detalles a cuidar), compramos un estropajo porque el de allí parecía bastante gastado, lo dicho pequeños detalles. El mayor problema que nos pasó fue en el Check-in, ya que realmente no puedes llegar antes de las 15:00 pm y el de salida antes de las 10:00. Cuando llegamos a las 15:10 nos proporcionaron un vídeo donde nos indicaban dónde encontrar las llaves, el problema fue que allí no había nada. Tuvimos que estar a la espera como 45 min hasta que resolvieron el problema donde una amable persona que no era con la que estuvimos hablando por teléfono. Nos explico que el anterior inquilino dejará las llaves dentro de la casa en lugar de la cajita donde las tenía que dejar al irse, aunque nos pareció curioso porque obviamente alguien había ido allí a limpiar, cambiar toallas, sábanas y a dejar el apartamento óptimo. Salvo eso todo correcto y en general recomendable.

Avec les problèmes de chauffage, personne ne s’est déplacé pour nous aider. Les casseroles dans les armoires ont été rangées sans être lavées. On a dû les récurer. Pas de poêle à frire pour cuisiner. Pas de piles fonctionnelles pour les manettes de télé.

Lo más excepcional de el apartamento fue la ubicación, al lado del metro y del centro de Paris. Era un lugar súper tranquilo y acogedor para los pasajeros, una rica ducha con agua caliente y una cantidad perfecta de frazadas para pasar el frío invierno de esta maravillosa ciudad.

El olor al ingresar al cuarto de baño era en muchas ocasiones desagradable, ya que olía a comida, creemos que producto de los restaurantes que estaban en el edificio vecino. Otro defecto que encontramos fueron los utensilios de cocina, debido a que son muy antiguos y era difícil lavarlos.

metro stations and tourist attractions. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice place to stay for a few days in Paris. Bernadette, who greeted us at the apartment upon arrival was very helpful. We did not use the oven or stove so we can not comment on this. The kettle, coffee machine and toaster worked fine. We did not use the washing machine so can not comment on this.

The bathroom smelt of food (coming possibly from the restaurant downstairs) which was a bit unpleasant. There was no wine bottle opener in the apartment.

Świetny obiekt w bardzo dobrym miejscu

Mieszkanie czyste, przyjemne i ciepłe jak na listopad. Wszystkie udogodnienia jak w opisie. Łóżeczka duże i wygodne, wifi szybkie. Na miejscu pod obiektem przywitała nas przesympatyczna Pani Bernadetta, którą dzieci miło wspominają.
Blisko metro, cukiernie,piekarnie,stoiska że świeżymi owocami i warzywami,dużo sklepów spożywczych.
Do Luwru , katedry Notre-Dame i galerii Pompidou doszliśmy z dziećmi pieszo (15min.-25 min.)
Depozyt zwrócony w dniu wyjazdu.
