Un Airbnb muy acogedor

Me gustó mucho, es pequeño pero es muy bonito y está bien ubicado, hay muchas paradas cerca de bus o incluso el metro en la esquina, me encantaría volver. El anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente.

Scopa e paletta per pulire inesistenti.
Riscaldamento sempre spento e alla sera faceva freddissimo e non c era modo di accenderlo.
L acqua calda della doccia dopo 2 docce finiva e i restanti componenti della famiglia erano obbligati a farsi la doccia il mattino seguente.
Pulizia appena accettabile
Peccato perché da adesso dovremmo rifare soggiorni a Parigi ripetutamente e non sceglieremo sicuramente questa struttura.

The instructions were super clear and easy to follow. We arrived late ( after 9 pm) and it was easy to access the place and they did not charged extra. Super bonus!!

I wish the apartment was "cleaner". It was ok, i just had higher expectations due to what we paid. I get that buildings are old but I expected more. I got many reminders of how important it was to check out on time to avoid extra charges as late check out would delay the cleaning crews, etc. So I expected more.
If booking with Booking the communication is confusing. I booked and got confirmations and alerts to not make extra payment but we had to provide a credit card for the damage deposit. This was a bit annoying but more an issue with booking not making things very clear due to many scam alerts.

O apartamento tem uma localização muito central e tem um elevador que dá acesso ao apartamento (o que facilita muito, principalmente para as pessoas que têm mobilidade reduzida). No geral, também apresentava uma boa limpeza.

O sofá cama é extremamente desconfortável o que comprometeu muito o nosso descanso, além disso, o isolamento acústico não é dos melhores, uma vez que é possível ouvir o barulho das pessoas que estão na rua. É exigido que retiremos os sacos do lixo no momento da saída apesar de ser paga uma taxa de limpeza do apartamento.

Ubytovať sa dalo až o 17:00 a odubytovať sa musíte striktne pred 10:00, inak vám stiahnu peniaze z depozitu. Veľmi málo úložného priestoru pre 4-člennú rodinu, na poličkách bol pri príchode prach, umývadlo v kúpeľni neodtekalo a bohužiaľ to počas nášho pobytu nikto neopravil, keďže boli Vianoce a asi bolo ťažko niekoho v tomto období zohnať.

Apartamento muy bonito, cómodo, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en él.
Hay tiendas de alimentación, bares y restaurantes alrededor el apartamento aunque es una zona tranquila que te permite descansar. Al menos con las ventanas cerradas el ruido exterior es inapreciable.
Tiene parada de autobús y metro a escasos 5 minutos, ofreciéndote una muy buena comunicación con transporte públicos a distintos puntos turísticos de la ciudad, lo cual hace que sea cómodo el visitar las cosas y sobre todo volver rápidamente desde cualquier zona de Paris y en cualquier momento.

Estaba super limpio.
Si volviera a París volvería sin dudarlo.

Il y a une petite marche dans l’appartement qui n’est pas visible du coup ma tante est tombée, c’est vraiment dangereux ! Ça serait super de la mettre en valeur pour éviter un accident plus grave.
