Great location, we loved it. It was easy to walk everywhere. We traveled with kids and we walked to the major tourist spots around us. Also metro, trains, and buses were near by.
The instructions were super clear and easy to follow. We arrived late ( after 9 pm) and it was easy to access the place and they did not charged extra. Super bonus!!
Negative:
I wish the apartment was "cleaner". It was ok, i just had higher expectations due to what we paid. I get that buildings are old but I expected more. I got many reminders of how important it was to check out on time to avoid extra charges as late check out would delay the cleaning crews, etc. So I expected more.
If booking with Booking the communication is confusing. I booked and got confirmations and alerts to not make extra payment but we had to provide a credit card for the damage deposit. This was a bit annoying but more an issue with booking not making things very clear due to many scam alerts.

The sofa bed that our kids were sleeping was creaking so we did not get some proper rest none of the 5 night we stayed in the apartment.
Excellent location but very poor management of the flat and bad experience
Positive:
Available toilet clothes
Negative:
No staff available for guidance and communication
No available aspirator to clean the room
No instructions for the washing machine
No available cleaning product for dishes
No communication on check-in hour and check out time before paying for the stay - you find yourself locked in as this house functions on late check-in from 5pm and check out time too 10 AM ( I found it a bit forced and constrained for a long stay- it is an experience I don’t want to experience anymore especially during vacation time with family)

Positive:
