Cet appartement d'une chambre est situé en face du passage des Panoramas, dans un immeuble typiquement parisien, au 1er étage avec ascenseur, sur une rue calme. Il a été décoré avec goût dans un esprit français (avec un clin d'oeil au 19ème siècle des Grands boulevards) et entièrement équipée avec des meubles de qualité. Nous aimons le salon chaleureux et confortable offrant une cuisine entièrement équipée (micro-ondes, Nespresso, bouilloire, grille-pain) avec une table pour 4 et un canapé-lit confortable. Il y a une chambre douillette offrant un lit king size et une salle de douche agréable avec 2 lavabos, une machine à laver (séchante) et des toilettes. On adore le kit de bienvenue qui comprend draps, serviettes, savon, shampoing, café, thé ... A découvrir au plus vite !

Al llegar pudimos hacer el checkin antes de horario ya que el departamento estaba listo, lo cual fué muy cómodo para nosotros. La iluminación del apartamento era muy buena y los colchones cómodos.

Die Unterkunft war leider eine große Enttäuschung.
Im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel an der Decke und in der Duschkabine. Die Fliesen wirkten undicht und waren zerbrochen.
In der Duschkabine war auch der Abfluss verstopft, sodass das Wasser sehr langsam abgeflossen ist und fast aus der Duschkabine rausfloss.
Im Schlafzimmer war der Fernseher defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden.
Außerdem gab es ein dauerhaftes und störendes Geräusch, dass vom Heizkörper kam und es Tag und Nacht zu hören war.
In der Küche fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Küchenpapier oder Küchentücher.
Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft ließ auch zu wünschen übrig.
Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft leider nicht den Erwartungen und wir würden sie nicht weiterempfehlen.

Lovely apartment, very quiet area at night. Very secure, several doors to get past to get into apartment area. Responsive staff with a few hiccups we had. We would stay here again.

Jak na swoje wymiary apartament całkiem przestronny, dla 3 osób idealny. W okolicy wiele restauracji. Wygodne łóżka, dobrze wygłuszające okna także było cicho pomimo, że szczególnie wieczorami w okolicy było gwarno. Czysto chociaż apartament wymaga już odświeżenia. Dużo ręczników, czyta pościel.

Bardzo późny check in bo dopiero o 17 i bardzo wczesny check out bo do 10. Pomimo informacji w pierwszej wiadomości o możliwości wcześniejszego pozostawienia bagażu w dniu przyjazdu okazało się że takiej możliwości nie ma i trzeba szukać w okolicy przechowywalni.
Kaucja 300 euro na ewentualne uszkodzenia a w samym apartamencie pozostawione niesprawne rzeczy obklejone naklejkami nie dotykać. Jeśli coś jest zepsute i nie działa należy to usunąć z mieszkania a nie naklejac naklejki żeby nie dotykać.
3 razy dostaliśmy wiadomośc w której przypominano nam że należy się wymeldować przed 10 a nie dostosowanie się do tej godziny moze skutkować pobraniem owej kaucji w kwocie 300 euro. Było to irytujące.
W apartamencie jest zmywarka ale nie było ani jednej kostki do mycia. Był płyn do naczyń ale nie było gąbki lub szmatki więc nie było jak dobrze umyć naczyń. Nastawialiśmy zmywarkę na wysoką temperaturę bez detergentu. Było to uciążliwe tym bardziej że były tylko 3 kubki, 3 szklanki, 4 noże i 4 widelce.
Zero kontaktu z właścicielem, wysyłane jedynie sztampowe wiadomości.
Największym minusem było wi-fi. Podczas tygodniowego pobytu przez 4 dni nie można było się połączyć z routerem. Problem był zgłoszony ale ze strony właściciela zero odzewu.

Tutto sommato per chi deve solo dormirci va più che bene, per 4 è molto piccola ma ci si può adattare.

Non era pulitissima, c’erano dei capelli per terra, i rotoli di carta igienica non erano stati cambiati, erano stati usati dalle persone prima di noi, le posate erano oliose, il divano letto non era aperto quando siamo entrati e in generale non era granché, la qualità del materiale nella stanza è davvero scarsa, i rubinetti nel bagno quasi si staccano. Per 4 persone sicuramente è una stanza molto risicata.

Il check in alle 17 del pomeriggio non e' il massimo. Non ci e' stato concesso il chek in anticipato ed essento arrivati a Parigi alle 9.30 abbismo dovuto cercare un locker per le valigie a pagamento. Suite un po' piccola x 4 persone. Faceva troppo caldo all'interno. Si puo' regolare la temperatura solo di un termosifone. Per l altro, il teemostato non funziona.
Abbiamo avuto problemi a far funzionare tv e decoder, nonostante l' assistenza che e' fornita solo da remoto. A volte andava, a volte no. A mio avviso il segnale non era sufficiente.
Luogo comodo per visitare Parigi, a due passi dalla metro 8 e 9. Diversi ristoranti e boulangerie in zona per mangiare, mc donalds, kfc, ma i prezzi sono alti.
Vale a pena !!

Great choice for the money, especially appreciated the location and cosy space.

The accommodation is small but cosy, and the division of rooms creates a perfect combination of privacy and open space. Both the sofa bed and the regular bed are super cosy, with lots of pillows. We also appreciated some toiletries, tea and coffee, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The biggest advantage is the location, just 10-15 mins from the Louvre and the same distance to the Opera Garnier, 25 mins from Montmartre. Safe and with the atmosphere.

Alloggio molto confortevole a livello di spazio, servizi, posizione e contesto cittadino.
Consigliatissimo per chi ama una vacanza senza troppo stress: tantissimi ristoranti in zona, fermate metro a due passi, nel raggio di 2 km sono presenti i maggiori monumenti di Parigi, appartamento molto silenzioso in contesto signorile.

- poubelle sous évier / suggestion : enlever un plateau et aménager 1 ou 2 poubelles avec couvercle qui se soulève à l’ouverture de la porte de placard . Actuellement il y a 2 sacs à l’intérieur d’une même poubelle, les 2 s’effondrent l’un sur l’autre et il faut sortir la poubelle à l’extérieur pour mettre quelque chose dedans. C’est pas optimisé.
- salle de bain : le plan avec les vasque est plus haut que la normal. On s’en mets plein les manches quand on se lave la figure . Suggestion : mettre un trépieds mobile qui rehausse celui qui en a besoin

Det var super dejligt med alle køkkenfaciliteterne og massere af plads selv til fire personer. Der var super rent ved ankomsten og dejligt at man ikke selv skulle gøre rent inden afgang. Det var nemt at komme ind i lejligheden, da man havde kode og det var super godt beskrevet.

Madrassen på sovesofaen var lidt lille, så der var et mellemrum ved ens hoved. Badet blev meget hurtigt oversvømmet, så man blev nødt til at slukke for vandet ofte. Den ene knap på toilettet virkede ikke, så man kunne kun bruge en og så løb det nogle gange med vand.

Очень уютная и тихая квартира в самом центре Парижа. До Лувра 7 минут пешком, а до Оперы - пять! На площади Бурс иногда разбивают овощной и рыбный рынок, а на соседней улице находится Carrefour, так что проблем с продуктами нет. Также рядом огромное число кафешек разной кухни!
Ключ от апартаментов нашел с первой попытки, несмотря на долгую поездку до Парижа и поздний час. Спасибо за подробную инструкцию от арендодателей!

great apartment , one bedroom and a sofa couch. We were 3 adults and size was ok, we were out all day so didn't spend much time there. Has a small kitchen and good size bathroom. We arrived late and left early and the check in/ out process was super easy. Apartment is a few minutes walk too two subways and lots of restaurants close by easy to walk. Overall we had a great stay.

Shower head is broken which made showering difficult as it could not be adjusted and water sprayed all over the place. Toilet didn’t flush properly. TV did not work which was very disappointing as we wanted to watch Olympic events during our relax time and instead had to rely on our phones. Coffee machine also didn’t fully work. For the price we paid these issues were very upsetting as we felt we could have had better.

Great location and excellent communication with attractions. Near is the metro station, cafe, bar, bakery, grocery store. The rooms are clean and cozy, the beds are comfortable, there is a kitchen with all the necessary tools for cooking, the bathroom has an iron, hair dryer and shampoon. It's nice to have a double partition that gives you more privacy. I recommend it.

Apartamento com cheiro característico, não era sujeira e nem mofo, mais cheirava forte. Seria bom utilizar um difusor de ambiente. Apertado se tivéssemos com amigos, como viajamos com nossas filhas pequenas o tamanho atendeu perfeitamente.
Disponibilização de apenas 1 toalha por pessoa.
Chuveiro precisa de manutenção, colocamos um elástico de cabelo para fixar o chuveiro na parede.

Worth the price in such location
Positive:
The location of Louvre Opera Classic is fabulous. It's right in the middle of everything. Within 15 mins to everything or places that I need to go. Or 2 mins you will be at Bourse station and reach to major attractions. The mattress is nice, living room one is much firmer than the bedroom one. The only thing is the cleaness of the heater/towel rack is a bit dusty. And the fridge really needs to melt out the ice.

In general it's a really good and nice location to stay. Just a tiny bit of cleaner and ice to melt in the fridge that they need to sort out would be the best.

La ubicación es fantástica y el tamaño de la habitación es, sorprendentemente, no tan pequeño como parece en las fotografías. El espacio está muy bien aprovechado y es muy acogedor.

Para lo que es, creo que el precio es escandaloso. Además, aunque lo puedo llegar a entender, no son flexibles con lo de guardar el equipaje el día del check-out teniendo en cuenta que es muy temprano. Nos recomendaron unos servicios, no muy lejos del apartamento, donde por un precio asequible te guardan las maletas.

Det var oerhört proffsig kommunikation med värden och tydliga och bra instruktioner, samt snabba svar.
Boendet hade fantastiskt läge nära till allt vilket var stor plus.
Det var inte riktigt så fräscht i badrummet, var rätt dåligt städat vilket gav en negativ känsla av det hela, samt luktade illa/mögel, så ej att rekommendera för känsliga mot det. Det var rätt damigt och ofräscht i den förutom då effektiv städning av själva toaletten och handfatet. Det var damm överallt i övrigt och rätt mycket fläckar på dörren, väggar mm.
Lägenhet är liten men perfekt för korta vistelsen iom närheten till allt.
lite ofräscha kuddar och täcken som luktade lite, så om man skulle lägga lite extra på städning av alla utrymme och även sovplatsen, skulle det vara perfekt iom läget. Vi lagade inte mat mm men det fanns helt ok faciliteter för det.

A localização é excelente. Muito seguro tbm. Tem tudo perto e dá pra ir a vários lugares a pé... Museu do Louvre fica a uns 10 min a pé....

Apesar de não ter ficado no apartamento muito tempo, foi mais na hora de dormir, a TV do meu quarto não ligava... E eu tenho vício em tv 😝...
E o valor, tbm é pesadinho.... Mas se tratando de Paris, é tudo um pouco mais caro mesmo...

Well located and central, and has plenty of amenities. Surfaces were clean when we arrived, but the unit requires maintenance. The washer was still filled with water and had a mildew smell- the dishwasher had the same smell. Detergent powder seemed ancient and clumped. The toilet will flush water indefinitely unless you fiddle with the buttons, because they get stuck. The shower head can’t be adjusted because it swings into the wall in any position other than upright. Confoundingly, there was a lamp in the living room labeled “Broken, do not adjust,” at the least, the owners can replace that. There is a nespresso machine with a few complementary pods, but one of the pods was stained and crumpled, and appeared as though it had been placed in the machine before but not used. We enjoyed the location and there were many good restaurants nearby, and it was an easy walk to many attractions. Nearby metro stations were convenient as well.

El congelador de la nevera tenía tanto hielo, que la puerta no cerraba bien , con lo cual caía agua en la nevera y los alimentos se mojaban.
El hotel no tenía pastillas de lavavajillas( con lo que el día de la salida no pudimos dejar funcionando el lavavajillas tal y como nos pidieron a través de un correo electrónico).
No tenía paños de cocina, ni algo básico como azúcar o servilletas.
No tenía más que una bolsa para desperdicios y no nos dieron las indicaciones de donde y como depositar los desperdicios hasta el último día. Tienen qué revisar el desagüe de la ducha.
Destaco como algo bueno la limpieza, la ubicación y que tenía aire acondicionado.

L’appartamento è piccolo ma ben organizzato in modo che 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi possano soggiornarci bene. La posizione è ottima e permette di raggiungere a piedi moltissime attrazioni. In zona ci sono numerosi ristoranti e take away. Zona silenziosa e con un posticino vicino perfetto per le colazioni (anche se apre un po’ tardi, verso le 10). Unico aspetto negativo: nelle scale per raggiungere l’appartamento al primo piano c’era sempre odore di fogna e verso la fine del soggiorno di 5 notti lo scolo della doccia e di un lavandino non funzionavano più bene. In conclusione l’esperienza è stata molto positiva.
